***Colettes Pov***
Shay got home and I told him everything. "That's explains the call I got." He said. "What call?" I said. "Well Annies Social Worker called me and asked if Annie was adopted or fostered." Shay said. **ring ring**
I picked up my phone, I put it on speaker and closed our door. "Hello?" I said. "Hello, Mr. And Mrs Butler. This is Mrs. White. Today Annie was being rude and disrespectful." She said. "Hello Mrs. White or as I should say Mrs. Lorraine." Shay said. "So Annie told you." Mrs white said. "Yes. And you can't do anything, you can't take her." I said. "I know. But I can go to the judge and ask for arranged visits. Since I'm her birth mom." She said sounding mean. "You can do that. But she will never be taken out of this house." Shay said. We hung up. I started crying.

***Annie pov***
At dinner mom and dad explained everything that happened. And that my "mom" is trying to get scheduled visits. I still have to school. "Annie, don't tell her anything about you. Don't tell her where you live and your family." Dad said tucking me into bed. "How long is this going to last?" I said tearing up. "Baby, I don't know." Dad said. "I love you." I said. "We love you to." Mom and dad both said. Then they left.

***SHAYS POV***

**ring ring** it was my phone. I walked to my room and picked it up.

S// "hello?"
SW// "hello sir, this is Annie's Social Worker. It has come to our attention that Annie has been in contact with her birth mom."
S// "yes, that is right."
SW// "Well we looked into her adoption papers and it caught our attention that Annie cannot be adopted. So she is in Foster care."
S// "That cannot be true! We adopted her and went to the judge and got the paper. She is a butler!" I yelled.
SW// "Well, we are going to need to take her until you get your foster license."
S// "Wait how did this all happen?"
SW// "Annies birth father never signed the abandonment papers. Both parents need to sign them."
S// "oh my god. So Annie can be taken out of house!?"
SW// "yes, we have people on the way."
I hung up the phone and ran to Colette. "ANNIE IS FOSTERED! THEY ARE COMING TO GET HER!" I yelled. "OH MY GOD!" She yelled. We both ran to Annie and told her everything.
*ding dong* it was the social worker. Colette got her bag and I carried her. She was in tears. "Please! Don't make me leave!" She yelled.

"Mr. And Mrs. Butler. We have come up with a plan. I have my foster license and they want me to take her so she doesn't have to go anywhere. She will be safe with me. She will live with me." The social worker said. "How long does it take to get a license?" Shay said. "2 days." She said. "Okay." Colette said. "Come on Annie." Social worker said. "I love you mom and dad!" I screamed. "WE LOVE YOU TO!" They yelled crying.

**annie pov**

She pulled up to her house and I stopped talking. We went inside and I see "REBECCA!?" I yelled. "ANNIE!!" She yelled. We ran to eachother and hugged. "She your mom?" I said. "Yes?! What are you doing here?" She said. "It's a long story."

***NEXT DAY***

We had an appointment with a judge. Mrs. White had to be there my mom and dad and my foster mom.

"Annie Lorraine, who do you want to live with?" The judge says. "The butlers." I said. "Please tell me why." The judge said. "Well, Mrs. White was my teacher all year, and before that she abused me. Verbally and physically. Threw knifes at me broke wine bottles over me. She bring back bad memories." I said. "Okay, thank you." The judge said. "The butler now have there foster licenses so Annie will live with them. Mrs. White will have one supervised day with Annie every week. And for Annie to be adopted, either one of you will have to get her birth dads signature. Bring it back to me and I will decide who she shall live with." The judge said. "We don't know we're or who he is." My dad said. "While I have him pulled up, his name is Lynx Lorraine lives in Dallas Texas and his address is 2654 Beer street." The judge says. "Thank you sir." Colette said.

Daddy picked me up and mommy hugged me. "Don't ever leave me again." I cried. The judge said. "Baby girl we are trying. We love you so much." Colette and Shay said.
We got in the car and headed home.
"I need to do a one taker when we get home and update our views." Dad said. We got home and dad set up the camera on his computer and sat in front of it. "Hey guys! It's a one taker today. Lately we have had some legal issues with Annie adoption. We have been very busy and we can't vlog right now. They will start up again in about a week or two. It's been very hard on her. Thank you for understanding." He hit upload and looked at me. "Pack your bags were going to Texas." Shay said. Him and mom explained what is going on where we are going.

Mom dropped them off at Casey and Kayli's. Me mom and dad got on a plane to Texas.

I held mom and dads hand as we stood at the door step of my
Birth dads house. *knock knock*
He opened the door. "Hello." He said. "Hello, Lynx." Shay said. "Annie!?" He said. "Dad?" I said I hugged him and he hugged me. "Do you love me?" I said. "Of course I do." He said. "Then sign these papers." I said. He read them "I don't want to." He said. "If you don't then I have to live with mom! Please!" I said crying. "Hell no. Get me a pen." He yelled. "I will drag my saggy butt to Idaho if you have to live with her. She only wants you because Bob wants a

**ANNIE POV**

I had two days until I can find out who I have to live with. Today I have my scheduled day to visit her. My birth mom. Ew. Today we are going to her house. My mom picked me up and we walked to her house. It was huge. "Annie!" She said hugging me.
"Please let me go." I said. "We only have 3 hours together!" She said perky. My mom and dad and me walked in. There was a police officer in the house. "haha he is only there cause we have to haha" her breathe smelled like beer. I went to the cop and tugged on his uniform he bent down.

"Yes Annie?" He said. "Can you do a drug test on her? Her breathe smells like beer. She acted like this when she drank" I said. "Sure." He said. She was totally wasted. "Annie were cutting today short. Go home." The police officer said. I smiled. "Thank you thank you!" I yelled. "I'll get you shahssjdhs Annie!" Mrs. White yelled. I laughed cause she made no sense.
