"Stop."
Calum's voice rings through my ears.
"Jen, put the gun down."
He struggles against the thing holding him.
"Put me down!"
It drops him.
My eyes grow.
I hold the gun tighter in my hand.
Ashton walks in.
"Did it work?"
He looks at me.
"Did what work?"
I look from Ashton to Calum to Luke.
"H-how did it let you go?"
He looks down to the floor.
"Someone tell me what the fucks going on."
I push the gun harder onto my temple.
Luke's the first to speak.
"Jen, put the gun down, and then we'll explain."
I shake my head.
Lightly touching the trigger.
"I helped him."
I look at Calum.
"He was right, I-I needed help out of here, I was going to leave you. The plan was to leave you here, and all three of us take off-"
"So you lied to me? You fucked with my emotions, you manipulated me! I gave you my trust!"
They all look to the floor.
"So what am I? A trophy?"
"At first. You grew on us. We all fell in love with you."
Luke walks towards me.
"We want to get you out of here Jen, please-"
"And go where hm? I saw what you all did to those people, you killed my best friend, and you almost killed me. Why would I want to go with people who I can't trust?"
A tear slips down my cheek.
"I don't want to do this anymore."
I pull the trigger.
