It's about a month later after the announcement that we had to move out. Steve, Bucky and Sam were able to pull some strings with Stark to get an apartment. Apparently they bribed him to help to pay for our apartment. I don't know how they convinced the human version of Scrooge Mcduck to help us, but I'm glad they did.
Our apartment is quite big. It has five rooms. Four are used as our bedrooms and the other one is our office. We still have our offices at the Avengers tower, but it's always nice to be able to get work done at home if we need to.

A/n: I couldn't find a floorplan I liked on Pinterest so I decided to just draw one myself. Those rectangles against the walls are windows by the way.
We were lucky enough to find a corner apartment, so we have extra windows. The only downside to this apartment is that we only have one bathroom, and Sam likes his long showers, so he has been cursed with being the last allowed to shower.
I was sitting in my bedroom, which I've decorated to make my own space over the past few weeks. All the furniture in my apartment at Avengers tower wasn't technically mine, so I had to get new furniture for my room
So I went to a thrift shop with Natasha and Sam and picked out some fun items. I especially love my desk and my dresser, as they remind me of the time before all the space shit. I think it's a good blend of modern and classic, just like me.

The whole apartment exists out of a mix of modern and classic. Steve somehow found his old record player from the fourties and brought it here. I've been using it quite a bit when the others are away. Steve and Bucky went into the Shield arcives and found some old stuff of theirs, and somehow, they also found an old box with my name written on it.
Bucky and Steve gave it to me and I immediately recognized it, it's the box where my mother all kinds of things from my childhood.
I had opened it infront of them and they almost saw me cry. I never cry, but the second the smell of home entered my lungs I had started to tear up. So I ran into my room and opened it there.
There were some old pictures of me as a child, some with Richard and our baby brother Tobias and some with our parents. My childhood stuffed animal was also in the box, I also found some old drawings and clothing items that smelled like my mother.
