*Six months later*

I never thought that I would go back to a prison cell, yet here I am. It isn't in space this time though, it's under freaking water. Sam, Scott, Wanda, and Clint are here too. We were thrown into this prison because we supported Steve and his idea about the Sokovia accords. The government shouldn't control us. This isn't a communistic country, but their idea of us is very communistic.

And I don't stand for that shit.

My cell is small, grey, and cold. There's an uncomfortable bed, a stool, and a toilet. Oh, and there's the thing that keeps my arms together. Wanda has it too. It avoids us from using our powers, they obviously don't have the same tech my last prison had.

The doors opened, and someone walked it. It was Tony. He had a black eye and was wearing a sling for his shoulder.

Clint started clapping. "The futurist, gentlemen! The futurist is here! He sees all! He knows what's best for you, whether you like it or not."

Tony walked to his cell while speaking. "Give me a break, Barton. I had no idea they'd put you here. Come on."

Clint spit on the floor before responding. "Yeah, well, you knew they'd put us somewhere, Tony."

"Yeah, but not some super-max floating ocean pokey. You know this place is for maniacs. This is a place for-"

"Criminals?" He stood up. "Criminals, Tony. Think that's the word you're looking for. Right? That didn't used to mean me. Or Sam, or Wanda, or Vee."

"Well-"

"Shut up, the only thing we can agree on right now is that Vee did the right thing."

I stayed quiet as they spoke about me. I haven't said a word since I entered this place.

"Fine, true."

Clint placed both of his hands on the bars as he continued speaking. "But here we are."

"Because you broke the law."

"Yeah."

"I didn't make you." Tony said as Clint started singing the law over and over again. "You read it, you broke it. All right? You're all grown up, you got a wife and kids. I don't understand, why didn't you think about them before you chose the wrong side?"

"You gotta watch your back with this guy." Clint slammed his hands on the glass. "There's a chance he's gonna break it."

Tony walked away, past Scott's cell. "Hank Pym always said you never can trust a Stark."

"Who are you?"

"Come on, man, we worked together for years!"

"Oh! You're tiny giant guy! Now I remember you!" He walked over to my cell. His angry look turned sympathetic as he saw me with this arm thing on. "Hi, Veebs, how are you?"

I didn't respond.

"She ain't talkin', she hasn't said anything since being put there." Sam said.

"I don't care." Tony shot back before sitting down with his back against the glass. "You know, out of all these people I like you the most. I said like, you heard?" No answer. "You're a smart girl, Washington, why did you choose the wrong side? You don't deserve this." No answer, again. "I understand that you wanted to support your boyfriend and all, but still, like, c'mon. You're no sad puppy that would follow a man around."

"I didn't follow him because he's my boyfriend. I followed him because he made the wiser choice. I'm not going back to being controlled by a government." I said. I didn't look Tony in the eye. I kept my eyes fixated on the wall infront of me.
