I had SO MUCH writer's block, I literally wrote this chapter yesterday and my brain felt like mush afterwards. It feels like mush right now...
Anyways, thank you to all those people who were willing to stick by me even though this story is hecka weird, so congrats, you all have really tough mentality! Okay, enough with the bashing of my story, but thank you all for continuing to read, since I know that this story could certainly use some more maturity and thought, but, eh, I'm really, really lazy.

A Dance between a Fire and an Air Elemental is always one to watch. Among all the elements, air and fire are the two that are most closely entwined. It is hard to extinguish one by using the other. Watching a Dance between those two base powers always brings a thrill to the heart and a sense of excitement.

Chapter 11: Dance of Wind
Cole leaned back, his hands braced against the ground to support his weight. He easily ignored the scathing glares Lily threw in his direction, not at all regretting his decision to go easy on that girl.
She was more of a conceptual idealist rather than a physical fighter, after all.
As Fiera and Quinton made their ways toward the center of the training grounds, Cole's eyes slid towards Ailana. The girl was currently studying Fiera as if the fourth year were a murder case that Ailana was determined to crack.
The fact that she had managed to see through Cole's bluff was a blow to his ego. For the past two or so years, Cole had been holding back on practically every Dance he participated in. Only during the essential Dances did Cole get serious. Even then, he wasn't using all of his power.
Fiera, Kelly, Quinton, Pig, Paxton, Ben, even Cole's so-called "best friend"-none of them had ever caught onto Cole's act. Sure, maybe there's be a little suspicious look here, a raised eyebrow over there, but it didn't take long before they were back to teasing Cole for being beaten up in the easiest classes. He was relieved-that was what he was trying to do in the first place-but he also felt hurt. How could someone who was so close to him, someone like Reed, not see through Cole's act? Did that mean that they weren't as close to each other as Cole had first assumed when they spilled their guts to each other?
Yet this girl who hadn't seen him for over a decade, and this girl in particular, had already seen through an act that had fooled even Reed within the first few seconds of the fight. Cole had seen the shift in her, the slightly surprised and interested spark in her eyes as she saw that he had the potential to do far more-and far worse.
As if sensing his gaze, Ailana's head whipped to the side and locked onto Cole's gray eyes. Gold and silver clashed in a silent battle as Cole let a lazy smirk slide across his face and Ailana kept her face neutral. The two's staring contest was broken first by her as Kayla's shout of, "Go!" rippled throughout the area.
Cole slowly turned his gaze back to the match, watching as Fiera and Quinton stood stock still in their original positions, their bodies loose and limber as they sharply observed each other. A small smile played at the edges of Fiera's lips while a smirk tugged at Quinton's.
All proving Cole's theory of the chemistry between the two.
Cupping his hands around his mouth, he whooped and shouted, "We can already feel the sparks!"
