"What brings you here?", asked the robot. "Uh... I was just wondering where I could get some information around here.", replied the shy Camon. "Well, lucky for you, there is a library in the city, Zion, but it's a mile away, and you can't get through the gate without a savantium crystal orb.", the Robot informed. "Well, where can I get one of those?", questioned Camon. Everyone started chuckling. "You can't!", said a stone golem beast. Camon noticed something below his chin. The necklace Camon received from his father with the laser-shooting crystal on it was glowing. "What's that you've got there...", asked the robot in a dark tone. Camon looked up to see the robot twitching and twisting violently. The robot ripped apart and out came a Mangle with.... A camera attached to it's head??? The crowd started screaming and dashing for the door. Suddenly, a flash came from Camon's chest, and a laser shot out of the necklace at the Mangle. The crowd turned and looked at Camon, puzzled. On the ground were shards of green and purple crystal. The crystals suddenly shot up and spun in a circle, forming an orb of light. The crystals crashed into the orb, and it fell into Camon's awaiting hands. "Well, looks like you have a way out of the hotel without an escort!", exclaimed the skeleton servant, warily glancing at the crystal necklace. The rest of the group went quietly into the hall and went their separate ways. Camon also went out and wandered through the halls of the grand hotel. Grand is the perfect word to describe the massive place. Pillars of quartz stood tall and scraped the ceiling in arches. Every now and then he'd pass by a purple torch shaped like the letter V. Camon thought curiously about the V and decided he would also look that up in this 'Zionian Library' he was looking for. He approached the dark gear gate he had entered through yesterday afternoon. He put the orb on a gear on the floor and heard the clicking of a giant metal lock inside the gear. Once again, the orb rose from the locking gear on a pillar. He removed it and rolled it into the other gear. It spun and cracked in half. The orb nearly fell on the ground, but Camon lunged himself onto the ground underneath it and caught it. He stood up and brushed himself off. He exited onto the strange balcony. The orb suddenly lit up and the platforms rose out of thin air. The mile of platforms seemed to take years for Camon to cross. "They really need better transportation.", said Camon as he gasped for breath. After about an hour and a half of running and walking along the mile of platforms, he finally reached the city. Zion was a strange place. The city was built into the walls of a mountain, it seemed. There was quite a lot of foliage growing along the mountainside and building fronts. Camon spotted a man ahead approaching a vine. He tugged on the vine, and a larger vine came and wrapped itself around him. The vine lifted the man onto the next platform and set him down. Camon approached the vine and tugged. The strange green hands of the vine grasped around his waist. Slowly he rose onto platform 2 of the city. He spotted a window covered in ivy with LIBRARY written in gold on it. Camon approached the door to the big building. There was a knocker on the door, in a familiar V shape. Camon decided to ignore the knocker and went in. An old woman.... (A really old woman) sat at a desk adjacent to the entrance. When Camon entered, the entire library lit up. The library was lit with stained glass in many magnificent shades of green, and there was foliage and trees growing all throughout the bookshelves. "Why hello sonny, make sure you keep quiet.", stated the librarian in a hoarse voice. It was the only voice the old lady had left. The old lady rasped again, "Are you looking for anything specific?" Camon looked back at her and replied, "Where can I find history books?" The old lady looked at the young boy startled at his interest in history books. "Section H", she barely uttered. Camon turned towards the shelves. He began pacing down the aisles, reading the spines of all the books and what letter they were under. One of the books read Maps of the Universe. Camon glanced back at the lady and gently slid the book off the shelf. He tucked it under his arm and kept searching. He kept discovering appealing titles to him, and was starting to run out of room under his arms. Finally, he approached the jackpot. A brass sign read Section H on the side of the big bookshelf.
