The next morning, Camon woke up bewildered to find himself on the couch he was on yesterday. He looked around, and sure enough, he was back in the furniture lab. He didn't smell anything this morning though, no purple glop or... what was that meat called again... ham? It didn't matter, he still didn't smell anything. He got up and stepped on something soft. It was his outfit for today, and the bandana was tucked under the couch. He grabbed the clothes and slipped out of yesterday's. After he was done, he swiped up the bandana and tucked it into his back pocket. He walked over to the balcony and noticed no steam coming from the kitchen, but there was a light on nearby, in a very plain-looking lab. Camon called over a vine hand and it took him to the lit lab. Inside was Dr. Raven, his head rested on the desk, pencil in hand, snoring up a storm. Camon approached him and looked to see where the pencil was at. It was right on top of an unfinished drawing of a small, circular ship. There were crinkled blue paper balls all over the floor, right around the overflowing trash bin. There was also a pile of non-crinkled papers behind his head. Camon looked at the top one and saw yet another drawing of a ship. He flipped through the stack, and they were all ships. Camon figured Dr. Raven needed more sleep, so he got back on the vine hand to the kitchen. He opened the fridge to find a variety of strange foods. On top of the refrigerator were notebooks... journals, actually. He climbed onto the counter and grabbed the top journal. The title said Journal 167, Cooking A. He flipped through and found a delicious looking omelet. He opened the fridge back up to get some yuyu eggs, the ones he had eaten back on T-27c. He didn't want to think about it anymore, so he moved onto a different ingredient, Spinach. He didn't know what that was, but he found a bag in the fridge that said Spinach right on it. Next were frozen peppers and onions. He opened the top door, the freezer, and there were two bags, onions and peppers. He grabbed a pan from underneath the 12 burner stove. He cracked an egg on it and turned the stove on. The burner on the left lit up. He turned it off and tried a different knob. The burner all the way on the left lit up. Again he tried, and now it switched sides, going to the right. Camon now started furiously turning knobs, going through 11 different knobs. That left one more. He turned the last knob, and nothing happened. Broken, said a tab on the knob. Camon nearly exploded with rage. He picked up the pan and slammed it onto a different burner, turning on the corresponding burner. With a sigh, he began cracking eggs into the pan. He let them sizzle for a while, stirring them up with some milk and butter. He then threw in the other ingredients. After letting them cook awhile, he realized he forgot an ingredient. Ham. He went into the refrigerator and found a bag of ham. He tore up a few pieces and tossed them in with the other ingredients. At last, the meal was finished. He put the journal back onto the fridge. He turned and saw that the room had definitely steamed up a bit. He heard the vine hand coming onto the balcony. "Are you cooking in here?", called Dr. Raven, "It smells delicious!" He waled over and sat at the table. Camon brought the omelet to the table. "Well, I made it just for you," Camon replied. Dr. Raven stared at the omelet intently. Camon brought him a fork from a drawer that was... only forks. Dr. Raven took the fork and tasted the omelet. "You used a journal of mine to make this, didn't you?", Dr. Raven asked. Camon looked at him and nodded yes. Dr. Raven finished the omelet while Camon cleaned up the dishes. Dr. Raven began explaining, "Today we need to throw Megaboy into the side of the ship into the abyss. It should be fairly easy considering Megaboy is literally a purple and yellow wrecking ball. He should smash through the wall lickity split. Then I will get you to throw the blueprints into the abyss in Zion. First, I need your bandana and your savantium crystal." Camon pulled the savantium from around his neck and pulled the bandana from his back pocket. He handed them both to Dr. Raven. Dr. Raven excused himself from the table and hopped onto the vine hand. It took him up to a very strange looking lab with transparent tubing coming out of the entrance. About 10 minutes later, he cane out with just the bandana, glowing a bright purple. He got back onto the vine hand and met Camon on the kitchen balcony. Dr. Raven reached around Camon's neck and tied the bandana in the back. "There, your savantium bandana.", Dr. Raven said. "I don't know, I kind of like the word Stert. I've always wanted to have a pet named Stert. So... this bandana will be Stert. Stert the bandana.", Camon said nerdily. "You do realize you are naming an inanimate object that you are willing to call your pet?", Dr. Raven replied. "Yeah, it's probably a stupid name. I don't even understand why I considered it.", Camon said sadly. "Now with Ster... I mean, your bandana... you can slice through Mangles. It also fires lasers from that rip that you made in the front that kind of looks like a mouth.", Dr. Raven explained, "I need you to get to the abyss and send the blueprints down with a flare." He pulled out the blueprints in a bundle rapped with a rubber band. Camon took them and hopped onto the vine hand. "I won't fail you, Dr. Raven!", Camon said, disappearing into the entrance to the library. He slid into the elevator and patiently waited, listening to some elevator wubz. A ding finally came and Camon got out and slid through the bookshelf. He was in the silent, odd smelling library. He walked forward through the sections and to the door. He looked out the peephole on the door and saw the streets were packed with Mangles, doing absolutely nothing. He reached behind is head and untied St... the bandana. He turned the doorknob and clicked the door open. Immediately the sound of metal filled the room. Camon whipped the bandana at the oncoming Mangles, grinding, exploding parts flying through the air. Lasers shot out of every swipe he made, sending them in all directions. Camon watched as one by one the Mangles fell before his bandana. He tore a straight line through to the edge of the abyss. He looked down into it and pulled out the blueprints and the flare. He touched the flare to his bandana and it sparked. He tossed it down with the blueprints into the emptiness. He watched as they slowly descended into darkness. Then came a crash and a light flooded a part of the abyss. Camon looked and saw that the hole was Megaboy sized. They had done it. Now the citizens had a way out and a way to get to safety. Camon stared into the light and noticed a building in the abyss. Then he noticed more. It was like his eyes opened to a new world. There were a lot of buildings in the abyss. The darkness had been cleared like a mist from Camon's eyes. He stared at the fallen city. He noticed small animals running around and piles of fallen Mangles. The abyss was actually a whole other city itself, atleast it seemed that way. Camon heard metallic growling not that far behind him.
