VRU. - | Hanni x Reader

The Doctor panicked when Hanni started to flatline and quickly got out of VRU. Y/N rushed around the room to try to understand what was going on, but it was no use.

*BBEEEEEPPPP*

Hanni had died.

- Y/N POV -

"No! No! Don't do this to me!" I panicked when I saw Hanni completely flatline.

I pulled out my phone and quickly dialed Miyawaki.

"What's up?" She didn't hesitate to answer. 

"She's dying!" I put my phone down to begin to do CPR on Miss Pham.

"Oh, crap! What do you need me to do?!" Sakura said over the speakerphone.

I continued to do CPR while trying to figure out what to actually do.

I could either call emergency services to transfer Hanni to a special facility or force a special kind of chemical to restart her heart and brain activity.

Both posed a risk...

If I called emergency services then the VRU's princess would be exposed...

And if I pumped chemicals into her brain...

There was a possibility of making her completely brain-dead.

"Fuck!" I Screamed in frustration.

"What happened?!" Minji suddenly barged into the room.

I kept bumping, before sighing and saying... "Give her a dose of Xedrom but just a half. I just need a pulse."

Miss Kim looked at me confused.

"Roger!" Sukura said on the other line before I hung up the phone.

"Xedrom?" Miss Kim questioned.

Xedrom was mostly used for artificial life. It was used to create artificial life forms and it was also used to keep them alive.

To an actual human being, Xedrom pumped exaggerated amounts of oxygen and other chemicals to the point of shooting out someone's brain, if it was still functioning. It was only ever used in the medical field as a last resort.

"I had no other-"

"AHHHHHHRRRGHHH!!!" Miss Pham suddenly shot up from the bed.

"Shit!!" I panicked and tried to lay her back down.

As I did that, I noticed something strange. It was a small painkiller patch on the back of her ear.

"What's this?" I thought to myself as I inspected it.

Hanni had suffered an overdose... but I hadn't placed this painkiller on her...

I turned to Minji and became angry when I saw the expression on her face. She looked like a child being caught.

"Do you know anything about this?" I coldly asked.
