"LOOK AT YOU, YOU'RE GLOWING," Kitty grinned at Tiffany.
The blonde looked unimpressed. She leaned against the wall tiredly with her hand on her pregnant belly as she came down the stairs, from where she had been resting in Donna's bedroom whilst the rest of the house was enveloped in chaos, "Thanks, it's from vomiting all day, every day."
Kitty grimaced, "Well, it suits you...?"
Tiffany let out a small chuckle, "What about you, eh?" She asked with a teasing smile on her face as the two of them began making their way over to the large dining table that was all set out for the evening.
"What about me?" Kitty asked, puzzled.
Tiff grinned and then nodded her head over towards Ben, who was already sat down next to Steven with a free spot beside him, clearly saved for his fiancée. He was too deep in his conversation with Steven to notice either woman looking his way.
"Are you two gonna start popping kids anytime soon?"
Kitty observed her partner for a moment, tilting her head slightly as a small smile tugged on the corner of her lips, "I dunno, we keep putting that conversation off," She confessed then looked over at Tiffany, glancing down at the shorter woman, "Probably after the wedding though."
And as the two finally reached the table, they took their seats. With Tiffany sitting down next to Richie and Kitty going over way onto the other side to sit next to Ben and on the other side of Mikey. who was at the head of the table.
The table was practically overflowing with food. The smell of it enveloping the entire house and as hungry as it made everyone, it was clear that they were all cautious about how the evening was going to go. The unpredictability of Donna was always something that lingered in the back of everyone's minds when it came to evenings like this, especially with the fact that she seemingly had been drinking the entire day she spent in the kitchen.
It took a lot of coaxing by Carmy to even get his mom out of the kitchen in the first place. Which even after her saying she'll come out, Carmy still came into the dining room alone and with a defeated look on his face sat down.
"Hey, Mikey," Michelle grinned, "You want to say grace?"
"I dunno cousin," Mikey shrugged, he briefly glanced over at Lee, "Is this motherfucker gonna cut me off?"
Kitty pursed her lips and took a sip of her wine. Watching the pair of them over her glass. They had never gotten on and Mikey especially, made that very, very clear.
