Chapter 18

I stood there frozen and confused. What did he mean?
"Can I please come in?"
"Wait, I'm sorry, did you just say please?"
"Yes I did, now please let me in its cold out here." He said and I sighed pulling him in.
"Once you leave you go right back to school. You don't tell anyone I let you in because Calum will kill me."
"Ok I won't." He nodded. We sat down at the kitchen table and he just sat there staring down at his hands.
"What's wrong? What do you need to tell me?"
"You know how you call me a bully?"
"Because you are." I tried to say calmly.
"How long have I been bullying you?"
"Ever since I moved here when I was 6."
"I'm sorry." He whispered.
"What?"
"I'm sorry."
"Why are you sorry?" I asked shocked.
"I bullied you because I liked you. Like really liked you." He said quietly. "I always thought that you liked me back because you would always try to be nice to me. I still like you, I don't want to bully you anymore."
"No!" I stood up. "You have to bully me! We can't be friends or anything more than enemies!" I yelled freaking out. "You have to be my bully you can't have a crush on me!" He looked up at me shocked.
"Why can't we be friends?" He stood up.
"Because it doesn't work that way!"
"Jennifer please! I don't have anybody who cares about me as much as you do."
"I don't care about you!" I lied.
"Jennifer I'm begging you. I don't like being the bully I hate it! I hate making your life miserable!"
"It's better than you being my friend!"
"How?"
"It will turn our whole world upside down! We can't be!" I started to back up when he kept coming closer. I backed up into the counter scared of what he was going to do.
"Calm down Jennifer please." He said quietly.
"Luke stay away!"
"Just calm down. Please let me do something and I'll leave." He said and then I felt his lips softly touch mine. His cold lip ring giving me chills. He looked at how crazy I looked when he stopped. "I'm so sorry." He said and he ran out of the house. I stayed there for a moment with my eyes wide. What. Just. Happened?

Later Calum came home and smiled at me. I didn't return it and he frowned.
"What's wrong?" He asked frowning. I stared up at him for a second then got out and ran up the stairs. He grabbed my waist before I got all the way up. "Jennifer." He said. I got out of his grasp and tried to run up, but I felt him yank at my shorts. I looked back and he had two fingers hooked in my back belt loop. "Jennifer what did you do?" He asked a little nervous. I tried to run and he giggled. "If you go I'm gonna end up pulling your shorts down." He smiled. "I won't mind but I don't think you'll want that."
"Cal let go." I said.
"What did you do?"
"It's not what I did, it's what Luke did!" I yelled a little. His smile disappeared and I got out of his grip.
"Jennifer get back here!" He said and chased me up the stairs. I tried closing the door but he slipped into his bedroom. He grabbed me and through me over his shoulder and went downstairs. He through me on the couch and got on top of me while I was on my back. "Now, what did Luke do?" He yelled a little. "And now you can't run!"
"Calum! Please get off of me!"
"Not until you tell me!"
"Please!" Then the door opened. Michael and Ashton stared at us shocked and confused.
"It's not what it looks like!" Calum and I both said at the same time.
"What the fuck is it then?" Michael asked.
"Luke did something! She won't tell me!"
"What did Luke do?" Ashton asked.
"UGH!!! He kissed me!!" I yelled and they all stared frozen. "He came we talked and he kissed me. He wants to be friends with me!" I pushed Calum off and ran upstairs.

I was still in the same position I was in when I got up to Calum's room. Sitting on his bed hugging my knees resting my chin on them. The door opened a crack and I could see Calum out of the corner of my eye. He came in and closed the door behind him. He had a plate of food with him. He sat next me.
"I brought you some dinner sense you missed it." He said breaking the silence. "Do you want any?" I shook my head and he sighed a little putting the plate on his dresser. I sniffed holding back the tears and he hugged me. "I'm sorry." He said quietly. I started to silently cry and he kissed my cheek wiping away the tears with his thumb. "Hey, don't cry baby doll." He smiled. "It's ok." I shook my head. "I'll talk to Luke tomorrow. I won't hurt him I promise." He said. Just hug me Calum! I want to be wrapped in your arms! Hug me, cuddle me, make me feel safe! Please...ok fine. If you won't, I will. I started to cry a little more and wrapped my arms around his neck. I moved so I was sitting on my knees facing him. He put his hands on my thighs and I looked at him my arms still around his neck. He kissed me his hands traveling up my thighs and around my waist. We separated and he smiled. "How about I get the taste of luke off your mouth." He says and I blush a little. His hands went around to my lower back then traveled down a little more. He smiled a small evil smile and kissed me. He slowly pushed me down without taking his lips off of mine. We separated and he took off his shirt. I smiled at him and he lifted mine up to my bra line making my stomach exposed. He smashed his lips onto mine kissing me long and deep. I felt his hands go to the button of my shorts and I smiled during the kiss. He buttoned them and edged them down.
"What would you do if Michael and Ash walked in?" I asked between his kisses remembering earlier.
"I'd tell them, this is exactly what it looks like." He said pulling my shorts down farther.

In the morning I woke up snuggled against Calum's bare chest. I smiled and got as close to him as possible. I felt his grip tighten around me when I did. Then I kissed his chest. He giggled and looked down at me.
"What are you doing?" He smiled. I returned it and kissed his lips. "I love you." He whispered. He stretched letting go of me. "I should get up." He said and he got out of bed. I followed then jumped up onto his back. He giggled and grabbed my thighs holding me up. "What are you doing?" He looked back at me.
"Piggyback ride." I grinned. He laughed at me then shook his head. He walked down the stairs carefully then went over to the couch. He let go of my legs but I didn't let go of his neck. He fell back with me and we laughed.
"You guys are so cute." We heard someone say.
"Mum?" Calum stood up. His mom was in the kitchen. He grinned and went over to her hugging her. Then she looked at me.
"Hey Jennifer! How's it going sweetie?" His mom asked smiling.
"Good." I nodded.
"That's good."
"Yeah Jennifer and I, we're...dating now." Calum told her nervous of what she was going to say.
"You are?" She asked and we both nodded. "That's cool." She nodded.
"You guys want some breakfast?" She asked and Calum looked at me.
"I was planning on taking Jennifer somewhere." Calum bit his lip.
"That's fine." His mom shrugged. "Hurry back though, I have to go to work."
"Ok. Come on Jen, let's go get dressed." Calum smiled and I followed hm upstairs. He closed his bedroom door and smiled at me.
"What?"
"Nothing."
"You sure?"
"Yeah."
"Ok then?" I said and I found my bag pulling out some new clothes. "Is your mom going to make me go home?" I asked taking off his sweater.
"I can ask." He said putting on a clean shirt. "Where do you want to eat?"
"Can we go to McDonald's to get some pancakes?"
"Yeah." He nodded.

We got back to Calum's house and when we got out of the car he was staring at something.
"Cal?" I asked. He didn't answer or look away. I went over to him.
"I'm going to go talk to Luke real quick." He said walking over to him sitting on the curb. I followed staying away from Luke. "Hey! Luke!" Calum said and Luke looked up and his eyes grew wide when he saw Calum. "Why did you kiss Jennifer?"
"I-I." Luke stuttered backing up not getting up. "Calum before you do anything, I don't want to hurt you." Luke told him holding his hands up. Luke got up and Calum got closer. "Please Calum, I don't want to hurt you. Go before I do."
"Calum come on let's go, it doesn't matter." I tugged Calum's arm. "Calum now, come on!" I said a little louder but he still didn't listen.
"Calum I will hurt you! I don't want to please go!" Luke said.
"Don't mess with Jennifer then!" Calum yelled and he swung a punch at Luke. Luke fell and when I saw the look on his face I tried as hard as I could to pull Calum away. Luke got up and pushed Calum. They started to fight in the middle of the road. That's when I heard a car speeding towards us not looking at the road.
"Calum! Luke!" I yelled. Luke had Calum pinned down on the road as he was hurting him. Luke looked at the car. Then he got off of Calum and tried to push him out of the way while both were sitting on the road. Calum didn't see the car so he pinned Luke down down now on top.
"Calum!" I yelled louder. Then...I looked away not wanting to look as I heard a loud BANG of the car hitting them. I peeked and Luke's head was almost under the tire and Calum was laying on the road beside him. I screamed running over to them. The guy in the car didn't come out. I looked and he wasn't awake. I opened the car door and then I heard Luke scream. The guy slipped and his foot slammed on the acceleration. I freaked and pulled out the keys. I ran over to them and Luke looked up at me before his eyes closed and let out a small breath. "MRS. HOOD!!!" I cried and ran into Calum's house.
