"DIEEEEEEEE!" Bakugou screams, blasting a villain in the stomach.

"Gahhhh" Hayami dogged a right hook, countering by spraying said villain in the face.

"Just stay down...please" Kirishima said, bringing his arm down hard on a villains' back.

Hayami creates a puddle of water on the floor, causing a couple of villains to slip mid sprint, catching a face full of explosions from Bakugou.

"Yagi-san, behind you!" Kirishima's warning barely reaches her ears when a villain grips Hayami's bicep. Startled by the foreign touch, Hayami's whole body becomes water, resulting in a huge puddle on the floor.

Dammit Hayami curses, producing small ripples as she tries to turn solid once more. The villain smirks down at her, holding up his palm that soon ignites in a small flame. But before he could evaporate her, Bakugou, who had been knocked back from his previous attack, barrelled into the villain's back. The villain gasps, and by virtue of being winded, passes out as soon as he hits the floor.

Bakugou glares at the water near his feet,

"Why the hell are you playing around?!"

"Shut up!" Hayami huffed, her ripples becoming small waves.

Bakugou raised a brow,

"Are you fucking stuck?"

"The hell do you think?!"

"Stop clowning!"

"Does it look like I'm joking around?!" Hayami growled, attempting to shape her puddly self back into human form, but she barely lifted an inch off the ground before planking. She sinks further into the dirty ground.

An aspect of her quirk she has yet to master. The first time this happened to Hayami was back in preschool, when a ball nearly hurled itself at her nose. Ironically, her quirk's first appearance, which scared the living daylights out of every parent and kid on that playground. Though Hayami had it worse, after all, how could a two year old possibly handle the feeling of her body melting? That and the sight of a puddle crying was quite disturbing to any bystander.

Bakugou scoffed,

"Pull yourself together!"

He pivotes and shoots another blast,

"Say Goodbye!!"

The villain dents the wall, groaning as he slides down. Meanwhile, Kirishima succeeds in breaking a villain's sword, defeating him with one last punch. Hayami, who's still in puddle form, manages to take out some villains with fluctuating temperature attacks, sticking parts of their clothes to the wall or with boiling water shots.

Bakugou pants,

"I think that's the last of these guys, bunch of weaklings."

He lowers his arms. Kirishima shuts off his quirk, his hand returning to normal soft skin.

"Alright. Let's hurry and find the rest of our class. If we're still in the USJ, then everyone else probably is, too. And not all of them have the offensive skills we do."

"I am sure they're fine, but extra back up never hurts." Hayami speaks up.

"And you'll be loads of help in the state you're in." Hayami does not appreciate Bakugou's sarcasm in the slightest, and she lets him know that with a blast of water to his face.
