Hayami stared at the semi dark circles under her eyes. She frowned, but it was to be expected since she didn't get much sleep last night.
"Oh well... this just means I can twin with Aizawa-sensei!!"
She smacked her hands against her cheeks, shaking her head of thoughts.
"Okay Hayami, second day of U.A!! You got this!!!"
Satisfied, Hayami tossed her pajamas into the hamper nearby; shrugging on her school uniform. She brushed through her long hair, taming every possible stray she could find. After twirling once in front of the mirror, she made her way downstairs into the kitchen.
All Might stood at the stove dressed in a pink apron, cooking up a delicious smelling breakfast.
"Good Morning Papa!" Hayami greeted, opening up the cabinet to grab some plates and cups.
"Morning Droplette!!" All Might greeted back,
"I'm making french toast for breakfast today."
Hayami hummed, setting the table.
"That's certainly a filling breakfast."
All Might chuckled,
"Well it's your second day, you're gonna need energy!"
"Ain't that the truth!" Hayami smirked, grabbing utensils from the nearby drawer.
All Might grinned, setting the french toast onto two plates while Hayami poured their coffee. Once all set, they sat down clasping their hands in a prayer-like manner.
"Thank you for the food!!"
"So you're going to be our teacher for hero training, right?" Hayami questioned, taking a bite of her french toast.
"That's right, but to be honest I'm a bit nervous. I've never taught anyone anything before. Heck, I only just recently became Midoriya's mentor." All Might sighed, taking a sip of coffee.
"You'll do just fine Papa, my class is gonna love you. Just be yourself and have confidence in your abilities." Hayami smiled.
All Might leaned over to ruffle Hayami's hair,
"You're absolutely right. Thanks princess!"
Hayami whined, pulling his hand from her head.
"Hey!! I just barely fixed my bedhead this morning!! Don't mess up my beautiful work!!"
"Alright, calm down Kiddo." All Might laughed.
After finishing their breakfast Hayami grabbed the cups, following behind All Might who was carrying the plates. They quickly rinsed before placing them in the dishwasher. Hayami glanced at the clock, realizing she ought to get going for school.
"Want me to drive you today? I can pick up young Midoriya as well." All Might offered, grabbing his car keys from the counter.
That'd be great!!" Hayami said from the front, slipping on her black converse. Hayami grabbed her backpack, following All Might out the door. She slid into the backseat, fastening her seatbelt. As All Might pulled out of their driveway, Hayami sent a quick text to Izuku; letting him know they were being driven. It only took about 5 minutes to reach Izuku's apartment complex, and he was already waiting for them by the steps. Noticing the car, he shouted a quick farewell to his mom before entering the vehicle.
"Good morning Hayami, All Might! Thank you for the drive!!" Izuku smiled, fastening his own seat belt.
"No problem Young Midoriya!" All Might replied.
