I was now in the limousine wearing my sunglasses with Jack next to me wearing his.

"Are you ready now?" Jack asked for the third time.

"They will think I'm a freak" I yelled, we sat in the car in the parking lot for 15 minutes now

"You have to calm down, so your eyes will be back to normal" he said in a calm voice

"Why are you wearing your sunglasses anyway?" I asked

"Because it's cool, the bodyguard look with the black shirt and black jeans and all" he said in a duh voice

I laugh and he laughed too

"Ok, I'm ready"

"Remember to hold your head high and your steps confidant, you know, for the looks" he waved his hand indicating himself and the car.

He got out and opened my door for me

"Someone is being a gentleman" I teased him

"It's not for you, it's for the looks" he said

I stuck my tongue at him

"Not good for the looks" he said faking disapproval

"If you say 'looks' one more time I will smack you on the head"

He smirked "You can't reach my head" he straight his back emphasizing his point

I don't want to look up at him so I walked way "idiot tall wall" I mumble, but clearly he heard me because he chuckled.

"Hey, Sarah " I closed my locker door and spun around to hug Tammy and Jenna

"We were so worried about you" Tammy said

"I was sick" I lied

"And how do you feel now?" Jenna asked staring at my face. Oh right the sunglasses

"I'm fine now" I said "I don't want to be late for English" I pulled Jenna with me "see ya Tammy" I waved at her

After walking a few steps

"Why is there a huge dude flowing us?" Jenna whispered to me

He chuckled, oh well he heard her too

I stopped suddenly "Jack this is Jenna, my best friend. Jenna this is Jack my Bodyguard" I said

"Hi, nice to-" here we go "WHAT?" she yelled at me shocked

"Yeah, a bodyguard. Father orders" I told her

"Okeeey" was her only reply

"I need to go to the bathroom" I told her before walking away

I walked inside the empty bathroom. I went straight to the mirror to check my eyes, they are normal. Thank god. I can loss the glasses at last.

Walking back to class with Jack walking behind me I can feel every eye on me. I went straight to the back table and Jack leaned behind me at the back wall, still wearing his sunglasses.

"Is he Just gonna stand there" Tammy asked

We are sitting on our table in the cafeteria

I turned my head to look behind me at Jack who is leaning at the wall. Smirking.

"I guess" I looked back at my food

"Did something happened?" Jenna asked for the hundredth time

"No, he's just paranoid or somthin" I lied for the millionth time. I feel bad for the lies.

"Mark is having a party next weekend, can you go?"Jenna said exited

"I don't think so, my father won't allow it" I said feeling sorry

Walking in the hallway at the end of the school day.

"Hey, gorgeous" a voice call from my left

I froze. Don't look. Don't look.

I looked any way, idiot. He was standing with couple of his friends. Derek.

With creepy evil eyes and a smirk.

"Idiot" I mumbled with eye roll

"You bit-" he didn't complete the insult because Jack is holding him against the wall by the front of his shirt

"Not a smart move" Jack looked down at him

Cool. The idiot looked scared.

Time to save the day. I walked to them

"Jack let him go" he let him go instantly. That is so cool.

"You don't treat me like this again. Understood?" I glared at him and his friends.

When there was no answer. Jack took a step forwarded

And they all nodded

"Good" I walked away with people eyes burning my back

Keep your head high. I kept telling myself

I feel kind of badass.
