Together Again

History - Zeb's P.O.V

"Welcome to the Knights." She says and I look at her. The name is strange i have to admit but it'd pretty cool.

"It reminds me of the Sift." I whisper and her eyes go widen as if I have said something wrong.

"The Sift. The rebel base lead by Sha. Age 15. Race human. Hair-." I cut her off.

"Yeah her real name is Lyra she's in my rebels group too." I say and she falls against the wall behind her. "Our ship went down. She was with a Mandalorian named Sabine."

"We need to find her if the Empire finds out that she's the rebel leader the one who started all of this they will kill her." Lenia says as she runs through the door. I follow her the best I can. I have no idea what she's up to but I hope it helps get the crew back.

So I really do have no idea what she did but about fifteen minutes later thirty people left the rebel base to find the others. I sighs as I sit on my bed still not aloud to leave. The door to my room opens and Lenia walks in. She walks over to me and raps her arms around my neck.

"It will be fine Rel okay? They will find your crew and bring them here." She tells me and I sigh. I pull out of her arms but smile as I stand up and hug her. I always feel safe with her. She's someone I can talk to and be open with no matter what. She pulls back and looks at me right in the eyes. I smile lean down and kiss her softly. She sighs and I smile. I lay her down in bed and lay down with her.

"It's good to have you back Rel it's been to quiet and I missed you so much." She whispers and I smile before we both fall asleep together.

(Flash back)

I sit in my house on Lason. The moon shines bright as I wait for Lenia to get here. I wasn't sure if she'd show but I knew I had to tell her how I feel. I see some movement in the distance and finally I see the golden fur of Lenia. A smile spreads across my face as she walks up to me. I slip my hand into hers and take her to the roof.

"Rel what's going on?" She asks laugh. I turn to her and look her in the eyes. She looks at me with curiosity in her eyes.

"I've had something to tell you for sometime." I tell her and she looks at me with soft worried eyes. "Lenia I've always had feelings for you but I don't know if you feel the same. I'm tired of hiding how I feel." I tell her and her mouth falls open. "Lenia-." I don't get to finish what I planned to say because her lips land on mine. I rap my arms around her waist and she raps hers around my neck.

"I do feel the same but the honor guard will they allow this?" She asks and I look down.

"I do not know but I want to be with you." I tell her and she smiles. "Will you be with me?" I ask her and she laughs lightly. Tears run down her face but she nods her head. I laugh and kiss her pulling her closer.

(Flash back over)

I sit slowly trying not to wake Lenia up. I manage to get up with out waking her and I slip my armor back on over my bandages. I take one last look at Lenia then head out of the room to look around the base. Lenia told me that Lyra had brought people here to hide and it had grown. The leaders would meet once every two months to discuss shipments and battle plans and other things. Lyra being leader of the Sift, the original rebel base, had more say then anyone in the rebel order. Guess there's more to the little runt then I thought.
