So apparently Wally's idea was to talk to Professor Ivo.
He really is an idiot.
But this is one idea so idiotic that it just might work.

"Warden Strange owed us a favor for stopping last month's prison break. He's given us five minutes with you."
"Spill Ivo. How do we find T.O. Morrow and his Reds?"
Now, I'm not sure what I was expecting from a guy who makes robots capable of taking down whole teams of Leaguers, but a short, greying ginger who really should see the sun more often is not what I had in mind.
"Now why in the world would I know how to find Morrow?" He asked, sitting back in his chair.
"Because, and here's a truly dumb idea, you're Morrow's biggest competitor in the evil android game. Who better to keep track of what he's up to, and where?" My eyes widened slightly in surprise.
I leaned over to mumble to Robin, "how did Batman not think of that?" He looked at me and shrugged.
"-So let me rephrase: why in the world would I tell you how to find Morrow?"
"He knows," Kaldur said, and turned to M'gann. "Do what you must."
"Oh please. As if I've never faced a telepath before."
I turned to see Zatanna walking over to him and I whispered to her, "you got something for this?"
She smirked and leaned down beside him surprising him. "Trulb tuo S'worrom eurt noitacol."
"Morrow's in a secret underground base beneath Yellowstone National Park one hundred meters south of Old Faithful."
We all looked at the two of them in shock and wonder, and I turned to Zatanna. "Okay, I really like you. That is cool."
She smirked at me, "thanks. You're not that bad yourself."

"Block out all external communication," Kaldur ordered, going into business mode. "Soon Canary and Zatara, Batman too I'd imagine, will know of our visit with Professor Ivo. We haven't much time."
"Look," Robin started, getting Zatanna's attention, "I'm trying to be all nonchalant here-"
"Why? Be as chalant as you like." Robin grinned at her and I cocked an eyebrow, surprised that someone understood Robin's butchering of English without it being explained.
"I think we're all just trying to get a handle on your powers," Artemis explained. "Could you teleport us to Tornado? Or Morrow to a cell? Or force his bots to surrender?"
"Or create peace on Earth for all time?" She replied sarcastically. "Zatara can't even do all that and I'm nowhere near my dad's level. I need to know a spell cold; or else have time to prep it. Plus, all magic requires energy which usually has to come from within. I can't just make the impossible happen at will."
"Magic has its own set of rules; and those rules don't like being broken. At least that's how Dad explained it when I asked."
"That's a good way of summing it up," Zatanna said with a nod. "The bigger the spell the more energy it takes. And the more time I need to get ready for it."
"What's our ETA to Yellowstone?" Conner asked angrily. "I'm way past ready to stuff Tornado into a trash compactor."
"Are you so certain he betrayed us?"
