Marks pov
Today's the day. We're all leaving, no one is staying in our neighborhood. I'm going to Oregon. Witney and Jenna are going to Northern California. Emma is moving to England. Sasha is going to Arizona. Val is going to Florida. It's gonna be weird not hanging out with them everyday. I feel the worst for Sasha and Emma. She's not coming home for many holidays so they won't be seeing each other for a long time. Luckily Witney is about 3 hours away if I really want to see her I can. I pack the last bag of clothes in my car. I go over to Sasha's house.
"Hey bro"
"Hey. I'm gonna miss you" he said.
"Me too. At least we'll see each other at Thanksgiving"
"Yeah" I give him a bro hug and go over to Val's house. I give him a big hug.
"I love you bro"
"I love you too Val. See ya at thanksgiving" I say putting my hand out. He shakes it and I walk away. I go over to Jenna's house.
"As sassy as you can be, I'm gonna miss you"
"I'm gonna miss you too, especially not going over to your house every Wednesday night for a movie"
I give her a hug. Before I even get up to Emma's house she's running down to me. She runs into my arms and I spin her around.
"I'm gonna miss Wednesday movie nights at your place" she said in the hug. I set her down.
"I'm gonna miss you too Em. Have fun in England"
"I will"
I slowly walk to Witney's house. It starts hitting me hard. This is the last time I'm gonna see my best friends for almost 2 months. It might not sound that long but we spent everyday together. I get Witney's house. I try to hold back my tears. Witney runs into my arms and wraps her legs around me.
"I don't want to go a day without you, how am I supposed to live for 2 months"
"I'll always be right here wit" I say pointing to her heart. She breaks into tears and vets in my shoulder.
"You'll have Jenna to keep you company"
"I want you to keep my warm at night not a blanket"
"I forgot wit, I got you something"
"What is it"
I get down on one knee.
"We promised each other last year we would get married. I just wanted to give you a ring, not an engagement but a promise that we'll always stay together, a reminder to both that our love is everlasting"
I open the box and show her the ring. She slides it on her finger and smiles at me.
"I love you Witney"
"I love you too Mark"
I push her body on me lightly and kiss her. I feel her tears going onto my cheeks in the kiss.
"I'll see you at thanksgiving, text me when you get your dorm done maybe we can FaceTime"
"Sounds like a plan" she says. I go back to my house. I hug my parents and say goodbye. I get in my car and drive off.

The next day
I got out of my car in Oregon. I was so happy to finally be here. I get my stuff on a cart and push it into the dorm rooms.
"Hi may I have your name" a lady asked.
"Mark Ballas"
"Ok Mark your in 126. Here's your key" she hands me a key and I go up to the room. I unlock it and see a guy already in there. He looks very athletic.
"Hey I'm Mark"
"Hi I'm Hayden"
"Cool so what's you major"
"Athletic training, yours"
"Business"
I start putting things around my side of the room. I set up a picture of me and wit on my night stand. I sit down on my bed and look at it.
"Who is she"
"Witney my girlfriend, we started dating junior year but we've been friends for well forever. We made a marriage promise to each other"
"That's sweet, she's really pretty your one lucky guy"
"Thanks" I say smiling. I feel my phone buzzing. I take it out and see Witney is calling me. I answer.
"Hey babe"
"Hey I just finished my dorm"
"Still getting everything perfect here"
"I already miss you"
"Me too"
"So how's Jenna dealing without Val"
"She's been crying on the phone for that last 20 minutes"
"Yikes"
"So who's your roommate"
"His name is Hayden, he seem athletic"
"Cool, not too self centered"
"Not at all" I say.
"I gotta go but maybe we can FaceTime tonight"
"Ok I would love that" I say.
"Bye I love you"
"I love you too" I say. She hangs up and I feel so broken. At least I'll see her in 2 months.

I cried writing this! I'm not lying! I cried, hard it was not easy writing this sad, terrible chapter! I'll have my new book book up soon, maybe like Saturday!!! Bye thank you for reading my book I hope you liked it!
