There were many changes from the sudden shift in the Earth's structure. The one continest has been divided in so many cities and there were so much techological advances. These, however, lead to the birth of the Princess of Minuses and her meeting w...
Kumagawa laid down on the couch, taking the entire couch by doing so. He kicked his feet back and forth and Kohina sat on his stomach watching TV.
His mind raced with the informations he had aquired from Busho. After all, such a thing is so very interesting.
A gang. A gang formed up entirely of heroes.
Not only that, but their focus was entirely on controlling the B-class heroes. Not only that, they were also lead by an incredibly powerful A-class hero.
Some might think a minus like him would agree to such a thing. They couldn't be farther from the truth.
Minuses don't keep people in their place. Rather, they drag them down.
This gang didn't have the actions of a minus. It had the actions of the elites he despised so much.
With the rumours going on, although he's not an B-class hero, they could cone after him soon enough. He hopes it'll be as soon as possible.
Genos:Sensei, you've got a letter!
Kumagawa:[What is it? Had our dearest Hero Association decided to take desciplinary measures against little old me?]
Genos:No. It seems to be adressed to you from a single person.
Kumagawa:[Huh?]
Kohina:Eh!? Papa, do you have friends!?
How hurtfull his daughter is being all of a sudden. Although, not without reason to it.
Kumagawa has basically went no contact after high school. Few people know where he lives, or even if he's alive.
He figured that was the best. They all had such bright futures, no need for them to worry for someone like him.
After all this time, he supposed he didn't change that much. He wasn't good at asking or recieving help, and being pitied just makes his skin crawl to the point of homicide.
Kumagawa:[Well, let's see now...]
Kumagawa summoned a screw in his hand, this time one of normal size, and cut open the envelope. He retrieved out the letter and resd it over.
Kumagawa:[Oh, that old man...]
And this brought them all over here in the mountains. At Bang's dojo, having been invited be the owner himself.
Despite his old age, Bang's body moved fluidly. Kumagawa could tell by the movements that this martial art of his wasn't for blocking attacks, but rather redirecting the force of the opponent back at them.
Bang:It goes kind of like this. So? Give it a try? You three have excellent instincts, so I'm sure you'll catch on quickly.
Kumagawa:[So this little social call was a recruitment scam after all. You could've at least offered us some snacks before hand.]
Kohina:I want ice cream!
Bang:Hoho! Unfortunately, I don't have any ice cream at hand.
Kohina:Boo...
Kumagawa:[How about you, Genos-chan.]
Genos:No, thank you. Rather than defense, I search for ultimate destructive power.
Kumagawa:[That's probably why you get scrapped so much.]
Genos hangs his head down in shame. Although he doesn't like admitting it, he had paid an embarassing amount of visits to his benefactor lately.
The floor was stomped by the fifth occupant on the room. This one was Bang's own disciple.
A boy with spiky orange hair and black eyes. His name was Charanko.

Charanko:Do not insult the Flowing Fist of Water Crushing Rock! I am Charanko, Bang's best disciple!
Charanko seemed quite passionate about it. However, what he didn't realize was that he wasn't the only passionate desciple here.
Genos considered himself Kumagawa's disciple. Calling him passionate about this was an understatement.
As such, yelling to his teacher was something Genos would not abide by. And Charanko just made himself public enemy number one.
Genos didn't hesitate. In a second he got up and held Charanko above ground with one hand.
Charanko:Guh! I give!
Genos's intense gaze cooled like ice. He let go, letting Charanko fall on the floor.
Genos: This is your best disciple? Bang, I expected better from your dojo.
Bang:Well, there are some special circumstances. Regardless...Charanko, I have an important task for you.
Charanko:Yes!
Charanko scrambled to his feet, massaging his throat. Being chocked by metal was much worse than being chocked by a normal human.
Charanko:What do you need of me, Sensei?
Bang:Go buy ice cream.
Charanko:Eh!?
Kohina said she wanted ice cream. And so she would get ice cream.
Bang was the grandfatherly sort of old man. Unfortunately, he had no children of his own, and as such no grandchildren to spoil.
But Kohina wasn't the only child S-class hero. As his name would suggest, Child Emperor was close in age with her.
But because of his inteligence, Child Emperor liked to seem mature. He didn't like getting spoiled.
Kohina was the opposite of that. And so, Bang now has a sort of grandchild to spoil.
Some might mistake the glint in Kohina's eyes as innocent joy. But Kumagawa know better.
His daughter was much like him at that age. That is, very cunning and manipulative.
At her age, Kumagawa blackmailed a respected doctor and fooled his parents into believing that he was a normal child. And right now Kohina found a new target to get whatever sge wanted.
Regardless of how sudden the task was, Charanko went to get it done. As they waited for ice cream, Kumagawa decided to defend Bang as a consolation prize for what the old man had just got himself into.
Kumagawa:[Rather than skill, I think it's a matter of numbers.]
Genos:Numbers...That's right, this place is basically deserted. That is strange...
Kumagawa:[As an S-class hero, you are a very well known and accomplished martial artist. I myself have no interes in that sort of thing, but I know there must have been many who wanted to learn from you. For that kid to be the only disciple...Something really abnormal must have happened.]
Bang:...You're really sharp, Kumagawa-kun. But don't be so hard on Charanko. He may not posses much in terms of talent, but he's earnest and hardworking. He's a good kid.
Kumagawa:[Of course, I'm not one to look down on hardwork. It might be one of my least favorite things, but it's a core element of a very good friend of mine from high school.]
Bang:Hoho, I am glad to hear that. So...Would you entertain listening to an old man's tale?
