We kissed like that for a good minute nonstop. He pressed me against the wall, and the kiss became more demanding. I raked my hands through his hair, as his hands roamed my body. Respectable places might I add. I heard a door open, and allowed my eyes to flutter open. I immediately pushed away from Aiden. Tyler stood in front of us, crossed armed, and red-faced. "This is what you excused yourself for?" I flinched. Tyler's words got louder and louder.
"Tyler, I'm sorry. It's just-"
"No. I get it. It's only been half a day. You need time to adjust to me. But please, don't go kissing anymore people." Tyler kissed me on the cheek, and left.
"I told you he's changed," I said walking into the dorm as if nothing happened. Sure enough, Aiden followed me.
He closed the door behind him. "What just happened?" he asked.
"I don't even know, Aiden. I don't know what to think; who to trust."
"What do you mean 'who to trust?'"
"You know exactly what I mean. You're a player! I just... don't know if I can trust you to say the truth..."
"What is your case? Either you like me or you don't. One minute, we're making out in the hallway. The next you're saying you can't trust me. Carson, do you like me or not?" Aiden snapped.
I nodded. "Aiden, this has to stop. I have a boyfriend, now. I can't love other people."
"You can't what?"
"I can't like other people." I tried my best to sound nonchalant, but I failed miserably.
Aiden smirked knowingly. "As you wish." I could see the hurt in his eyes.

For a couple of weeks, Aiden has been avoiding me. I feel really bad for telling him off like that. But I had to do what I had to do. In a way, I was actually somewhat glad Aiden was laying low. Now I won't feel guilty, because of the way my heart beats erratically when I see Aiden. But the bigger part of me felt slightly depressed at that hollowness in my heart. If Aiden was feeling the same, he wasn't letting on. I sighed. Looks like I'm gonna have to be the one to resolve this. David arrived in history class. After giving Tyler a questionable glance, he sat elsewhere. But I could tell he wanted the details on everything.
After school, I raced over to the dorm, and waited for Aiden. When he arrived four minutes later to drop off his bag, tension filled the room. He turned to go.
"No. Wait," I commanded.
"Carson, what could you possibly have to say to me?" he spat.
I winced. Oh, he's definately pissed off. "I'm sorry, Aiden. Everything I said was a lie," I confessed.
"Why would you lie about something like that?"
"Because... I love you, too."
"Then why couldn't you just say that before?"
"I'm with Tyler now. And I never could admit it to myself..."
