“Hey, Mandy!” Bethany called out patting the seat beside her signaling me to sit there.
“Hey, Beth. So, what did I miss?” I smiled to her.
She started fidgeting then. “I – uh...I can’t go with you on lunch later. I’m sorry. Matthew said he needs to spend sometime alone with me. I hope you can understand.” She said, biting her lip.
I laughed and look at her. “Beth, I know how you love your ‘Mr. Hottie-popular-jock-and-a-jerk’ boyfriend. But make sure we’ll have our own alone time this weekend.” I answered her. Mr. Edison entered the room and I started doodling on the back of m notebook. History. When will this class end?
~ +++ ~
The History class ended longer than I remembered it to be. It seems like the clock is also sleeping every time he’ll start to teach. I walked to the cafeteria, getting my own tray and placing two slices of pizza and a Coke Zero. As I turned around I saw Megan clinging to Neptune. Makes me wanna go and slap her in her face. Whore. I walked over to our usual seat. Since Bethany is out. I placed my things on the seat next to me. I ate in silence. Waiting for some prank to come. Not that I love them, but i know how this guys think. But nothing came to me. Maybe the get fed up waiting for me to have a revenge. But they’re wrong. I won’t ever stoop down with their level. Maybe I’m affected but I’m not immature.
“Hey, Mandy. I just want to let you know that me and Neptune are now together.” She smiled at me. Neptune is hissing beside her.
“So? Do I need to jump for joy just because of that? I think no. So get out of my sight, you pig” I answered. I heard Neptune stifled a laugh. Maybe he doesn’t love her really.
“How dare you call me a pig, freak? I’m always having a diet, and I lost five pounds last month.” She exclaimed.
“I Don’t care. Now if you’ll excuse me. I need to go now. See ya” I smiled to her.
But before I stepped out of the cafeteria, Megan pulled me b my hair. Dragging me in the middle of the room. “I think I need to teach you some lesson, freak!” she yelled.
I gripped her wrist and pulled her down, pushing myself up. Causing her to stumble down. “Oh no, you need to learn your own f*cking lessons, Missy! You don’t know how long it took me to fix my hair and you’re just going to destroy it?!” I screeched.
The whole school cheered for Megan. Fine, I don’t care. Let’s see how strong your Megan is. “Fight, fight, fight! Some yelled. “Get the camera! I need to shot this” someone whispered.
“Stop it, Mandy! You’re hurting me!” she screamed.
“No I won’t stop until you know what’s wrong with you!” I said and pulled her up by her hair. And pulled it by the roots. Hearing her scream is like music to my ears. Since I was in 5th grade she’s always there to bully me. Now it’s time to fight back, you moron.
“I used to be your best friend, Mandy.” She begged. Some tears starts forming in her eyes.
“Yeah, but you destroyed everything. Just because I’m talking with Bethany you did every evil thing to ruin everything about me and Bethany. And it get to the point you made your father fire her father. If you can’t protect yourself, because you don’t know any good comebacks, you better shut the hell up. Now, tell me. Is that how best friends act?” I asked She hastily shook her head. Good girl. Now she learned her lesson.
“I don’t hate you, Megan. I just dislike what you’ve become. Seeing that you’re this good, pretty and nice girl before. I don’t even know what’s gotten in your head to think you can do that. You’re always popular even if you’re just simple. You don’t have to be this bitch like what you are right now.” I told her, as her tears started falling down her cheeks.
