I pulled out of the school parking lot and headed for Rome Resturant near Angels Wings Hospital. I was shortly after 2 and I had a whole hour to get to work. Jay was constantly pressuring me to work at the hospital only and quit Kane Beach but I refused. I appericated everything he was willing to do for me but I didn't grow up learning how to depend on anyone else but my mama and I.

I walked into the resturant and headed for the counter. I gave them my name and number so they could hand me my order since I placed it in earlier. I looked around the resturant and it was pretty quiet. I know alot of persons didn't attend Rome because of the prices but the food was healthy and good.

"Beyonce?" A gentlemen from behind the counter said holding a bag with three clear containers.

"Thats me." I said taking out a fifty dollar bill and handing it to him.

"Would you like anything to drink along with your order?" He asked.

"Umm...Yea. I'll take a gatorade and two waters." I said.

"Okay." He said proceeding to the cooler. He packed my drinks, handed me my reciepts and change before I left.

I hopped in my car and immediately ripped open my plates. My mouth water at the sweet smell of pasta, mix vegetables and fried shrimp. The garlic bread must of just came out the oven because it so soft and moist. I looked into the other plates enjoying the sweet smell of chessecake and carrot cake. I started my engine, eager to make it to the hospital parking lot so I could eat in peace.

I arrived at the hospital parking lot 12 minutes later. I parked my car, placed my feet up in my chair as I begin eating while my textbook CD played. It was gonna be my first day at training so I know things were gonna be a little shakey and long. Since the hospital was so close to Malia's Island I would probably crash with Jay tonight instead of taking the 45 minutes drive home. Once I was finished eating, I tossed my garbage away then headed for the hospital.

"Miss. Knowles right?" A nurse asked walking up to me.

"Yea, I am." I said. "I'm here on training orders." I said walking behind her.

"Yea I know. Dr. Waters told me to keep an eye out for you." She said as we begin to walk down a long path. "My name is Aisa by the way." She said.

"Beyonce and nice to meet you." I said shaking her hands.

"You too." She replied smiling. "No need to worry. You're gonna enjoy your time here. Chief will probably assign you to Dr. Raymond because he is head of cardio and he is an excellent teacher at that too." She explained.

"Wait, but I am not trained to be in an OR." I said already being frighten.

"No need to worry." She said as we hopped on an elevator. "So is this your first job?" She asked.

"Nope actually. I worked as a waitress for two days." I said.

"Oh, well try to stay focus these last few months. You are so close don't let nothing mess that up." She said starring at my face.

"Thanks." I replied. The atmosphere went quiet for a bit until we exited the elevator and I greeted a few persons.

"You know, I only said that too you because I had to experience it for myself." Asia said breaking the silence between us.

"What?" I asked not fully paying attention.

"I am 27 years old, with a 5 years old kid. Got pregnant my last semester by accident." She said with warm eyes.

"Pregnancy isn't an accident. Its either you protect yourself or you don't." I said confused as into why people always called "pregnancy" an accident. There is still a morning after pill.
