"Hey sister girl!" I heard from behind me as I walked towards the door of my Chemistry class.

"Hey stranger!" I replied as I turned around to meet Sheeran skipping towards me.

"How you been chica? I feel like we haven't spend much time together. Whats going on?" She asked as we took our seats besides eachother.

"Nothing much. Work, School and making sure I am preparing properly for my internship." I said.

"Well, you can't be too caught up in all the drama." She said. "So, when can we spend some time together. I really miss your company and our bonding time." She said pulling out her lipstick.

"Hmmm...you mean your questioning sessions?" I asked.

"If thats how you see it thats cool." She said not looking in my face. "Hey, look, I am about to go to this party called Neon lights. You wanna tag along?" She asked.

"Um..When is it?" I asked.

"Tonight! Me and my boyfriend suppose to go together but since we haven't had time together much, we could go." She suggested.

"Thats cool. I'll think about it and get back to you." I replied.

After class was done, I wasted no time heading to the library to get a few minutes of studying in. I took a seat towards the back of the library's Reseach Centre before being joined by a brown skinned girl.

"Hey, is this seat taken?" She asked before pulling out the chair.

"Um no. You can sit." I replied gesturing her to the chair.

"Thanks." She replied settling into the chair. "I am Raniece." She said with a smile.

"Beyonce." I simply responded sticking my head back into my book.

"Beyonce! Nice to meet you." She said with a little perk in her voice.

"Sames to you." I replied. "Should I know who you are?" I asked.

"I am one of the new girls at the Kane Beach. I heard about you being in school and Shanique told me I should try and find you." She replied.

"Oh." I replied. I look at Raniece good for the first time and realized she was a very pretty girl. She had beautiful brown skin, with long black hair, almond shaped brown eyes and a very slim figure.

"So, how's the last few months handling you?" She asked.

"Um..Good so far." I answered. "What are you taking up?" I asked.

"Nursing. I want to be a registered nurse. Its my last year." She replied.

"Oh, well congrats." I said with a smile.

"Thanks." She replied.

We proceeded with our studying until it was my time to leave. I gave Raniece my number and she agreed that she and I could link up sometimes for the fun just to know eachother better. I walked out the library and hopped in my car double checking to make sure I had my uniform.

I only had an hour before my shift at the hosptial so instead of stopping for food, I settled on a few yoguarts and fruits with water before work begin. I entered the intern hall waving 'Hello' to a few familiar and friendly faces. I didn't have any friends here but I had a few good associates.

"So you're working with Waters today?" Dr. Raymond said walking into the intern hall moving in my direction.

"Yes sir." I said throwing my white coat across my shoulders.

"Good then. I've got a heart transplanted going on in the OR so I might not get to see you tonight." He said with a smirk.

"Thats fine. Good luck." I said never bothering to make deep eye contact with him.

The room became quiet as I watched Dr. Ray's eyes travel across my body. I wanted to speak up and shut whatever thoughts he had in his mind down but I reframed. I knew I had a great oppurtunity being here and the wrong word to such a powerful person could cause this go away in seconds.

"Hmm...You look sexy today." He said moving in closer to me.

I continued looking in my locker trying to avoid eye contact until my eyes landed on my ring. I smiled within myself as I saw it knowing this would be the perfect move to shutting him down.

"Thank You. I hear it alot from my hubby." I said picking up the ring as I slide it down my wedding finger. "Well, good luck on your surgery. I'll see you whenever." I said taking up my notebook and heading to the Chief's office.

I walked down the hallway looking over my notes that I had written down to keep in mind for the surgery I would assist Chief with.

"Hey Beyonce, come on in?" Chief said as he lift up his head from a stack of files in front of him.

"Good evening sir." I replied.

"Have a seat." He said. I closed the door behind me before taking a seat. I was expecting him to already be dressed but instead he was buried in work. ''So, due to the liver denoted being too big for the patient's body cavity, the surgery has been postponed. However, you will assist me with a few other things." He said.

"Like?" I asked.

"We have a few recovering patients from a kidney transplant we did earlier. So you will be monitoring them. Also, the AIDs ward needs our assistants. So we have alot to do today." He said.

"Okay." I said a little disappointed.

"Or right. Lets get started." He said throwing on his white coat.

"Its 10'oclock!" I heard Chief Waterd said as we walked from the AIDS ward. "I think we are done for the night." He said.

"So thats it?" I asked making sure I heard correctly.

"Sure is. That was about 35 patients." He repeated. "Tomorrow, you can take the day off." He said as we headed for the elevator.

"Thank You Sir." I said joyfully.

"No problem. Get some rest and try to keep your mind on right." He assured me.

I walked into the intern's hall and quickly took a shower. I tossed on my long sweat pants, hoddie and uggs before swiping out and heading to my car. I was super exhausted and was slowly becoming dehydrated. I walked to my car weakly as I tossed my bag on the hood of my car before stopping to take a long breath and small stretch.

"The view from behind is amazing." I heard behind me as my heart skipped a beat. I held my hands near my stomach as I felt my knees become weak. I turned around as I felt my heart drop in the pit of my stomach. I blinked my eyes a few times before keeping them opening for a few seconds longer. This time the figure had already closed in on me.

"I miss you baby." He said pulling me by the waist before lightly biting down on my neck.

"Jay!" I moaned lowly as I pushed my body as close to his as possible. I stood there in the parking lot pushed against my KIA as Jay and I held eachother closely.

I already knew he was suppose to return sometime this week but I didn't know about that being today.

"Wait. This is why you wanted to know the time I'd be getting off." I ask into his chest.

"Yea. I miss my baby." He said colliding his lips with mines.
