"We have two bullets to the shoulder, one to the stomach and another in the knee." Dr. Raymond said. "I need for someone to page the chief. I am not going to have a multi-millionaire's son die on my table." He ordered as he started removing the bullet in his stomach.

I sat in the gallery above the operation room as my heart drained to my stomach. Seeing Xavier in this condition was heart breaking. I knew from a personal side that The Towers, Xavier in particular, had alot more dealings than what met the public eye. So it wouldn't surprise me if Xavier's shooting was based on some sort of drug deal going bad or mishandling someone's money

"Ms. Knowles." Dr. Waters said breaking me from thoughts. He walked over to the operating table in full attire examining what Dr. Ray had done so far.

"Yes sir?" I answered as I stood up.

"Can you please let Mrs. and Mr. Towers know that their son has lost alot of blood. He recieved two shoots to his shoulder and stomach. However, he'll survive." He said as him and Dr. Ray focused on removing the bullets before it damaged any major blood vessels. "Once you have done that you can head to the nurse's station and issue out the discharged forms." He said.

"Yes sir." I said before exiting.

I headed to the nurses station picking up the few forms from the desk before heading to the waiting area. As I walked down the hall, I started to look at a few of the patients chart but stopped dead in my track when I saw "Diamonds" name on one of them. I hadn't heard anything from my mother so I hoped everything was okay with Di.

I took a deep breath before reading further down. According to the last update she had delivered a healthy baby boy even though it came a week early due to a high rise in her blood pressure.

I was shocked that the baby came so soon, last time we spoke she told me she was just six months pregnant but I knew better because she was huge. I closed her chart as I appoarched the waiting area, then it hit me. I started to wonder who the baby's father might be. My stomach sank to the bottom of my feet as my heart grew heavy. The last person she suspected to be the father was Xavier. I begin to think that maybe the shooting and early child birth with Diamond could've been related.

"What is she doing here?" I heard as Monica and Mickey jumped from their seats breaking my concentration.

"Um, I am here to give you an update on Xavier Towers' condition." I said unfocused. I was a little taken back by Diamond's sudden delievry.

"Wait a minute. Everyone isn't here yet." Mickey said with an attitude as Monica stared at me with a bright smile. I looked around waiting for them to tell me that I could begin.

"You could start now." I heard from behind Mrs. Towers as Trish appeared. "I had to throw up a bit, this baby got so upset when I said Xavier got shot." She said smiling as she rubbed the little bump in front of her stomach.

"Or right." I said with a raised eyebrow by this pathetic move they tried to pull. "Mr. Towers has experienced a great amount of blood lost, also, he suffered two gun shots to the shoulder and one to the stomach." I informed them. "As of 4:35pm this evening, Mr. Towers has been listed in critical condition." I said. "If any more updates are avaliable a nurse will return to let you know." I said giving them all a bright smile.

"Thank You." Mrs. Towers said with a smile.

"Just doing my job." I said. "Oh and tell Xavier congratulations on Diamond and his baby boy as well as this miracle with Trish." I said with a smirk before leaving. I heard rattling behind me before water bottle landed beside me.

"You fucking bitch needs to get your info right. That ain't X baby bitch." Trish yelled.

"Neither is the one in your stomach." I replied as I heard the continuous uproar behind me.
