I pulled out the driveway onto the road as I headed out of our settlement. Even though Diamond said what she said it wasn't too much for me to reveal my job to mama as yet so I just decided to come clean about everything what happened between Xavier and I, or somewhat.

"Whats the "shit" you been doing under my roof that I don't know and ain't kick you out for yet?" My mama asked. "Is it about Xavier?" She asked

"Its about Xavier and something else he did." I said.

"What was is?" She asked.

"Its not a big deal mama, I am fine and I don't feel like going down that road again. I am done saying his name, thinking about him and trying to figure out why he did what he did." I said as I pulled onto the high way.

"Well, can you answer me this?" She asked.

"What?" I replied.

"How did you get so far down in all this mess that you lost yourself and your sanity?" She asked.

"I wasn't watching out for my friends. Everyone around me knew me but I didn't know them." I said.

"Even Kelly?" She asked surprised.

"Even Kelly." I said.

"Beyonce you need to let them go. I don't care if they know your deepest darkest secrets, let them go. They don't mean you no good and they could careless. You sitting around here having them on your heart is still to much. Let them go." She said.

"I'm trying. Its getting there. I'm just taking it one day at time." I said.

The car fell silent for a minute as I drove down to an area about 30 minutes from where we currently live.

"So what about Adrian?" She asked.

"Adrian?" I repeated surprised. "What about him?" I asked.

"I know he was your first and you was trying to get over him. Did you ever talk to him?" She asked.

"Yea. The day he came and got me from Xavier place and a few days ago he called to check up on me." I said.

"Well thats good." She said. "And how about school?" She asked.

"Ummm....I am getting there trying to keep up those grades so I could finish quickly." I said.

"Okay, I can't wait until you graduate." She said.

"I'm gonna get there and hand you flowers to see that huge smile on your face." I said.

"You will." She replied smiling.

We drove down into one of the most quiet communities there was in our town. I had seen about two homes I loved. We stop in front of a one story, brown and beige home and my mother automatically fell in love. We sat in the car for a while whilst she waited for the owner to come in.

"I'm gonna go looking around until they come. I like this one Bey." She said unbuckling her seat belt and exiting.

"Okay be careful." I said.

I sat back in my car for a while enjoying the A/C. I was waiting for Phillp to call because tomorrow I should be returning for work, plus I wanted to know if I could work double until next year. I started playing with my phone for a little while until I saw a strange number. I hestiated answering it but I did after the 4th ring.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hello Beyonce Knowles?" A professional female voice said from the other line.

"Yes, this is she." I said.

"Great. I am calling from Angel's Wing Hospital." She said.

My heart automatically collapsed besides my chest. I didn't want to deal with having to hear there was a mixed up with my HIV results.
