Q1. What genre are your books?

Answer: You can find my books Offering and Sacrifice in the "Vampire" genre, but they crossover into paranormal romance, urban fantasy, thriller, and new adult.

Q2. What is the hardest part of writing for you?

Answer: The hardest part of writing for me is starting a new chapter in a story. I have to "percolate." I think about what I want to accomplish with the scene and how it needs to move the story forward in the direction I want it to go.

Q3. Where do you get your inspiration?

Answer: Inspiration is a wonderful thing; it can come from anywhere. Life is my inspiration. I draw from my past, the world around me, the people I interact with, things I see and hear, and a very visually oriented imagination.

Q4. What is your favorite quote?

Answer: "Writing is like painting of the voice." This quote by Voltaire is one of my favorites.

Q5. How did you discover Wattpad?

Answer: I discovered Wattpad while attending the San Francisco Writers Conference. I was talking to a woman and she told me about it. I considered sharing my story for several months, then decided to take the plunge. With a very shaky hand, I tapped "Publish," and held my breath. It's been a year now and I've made so many wonderful friends I feel truly blessed.

Q6. Do you plan to add other stories to Wattpad?

Answer:  When I finish Sacrifice, I will continue with the last book in the trilogy Redemption. I have also started a young adult horror story, "Windows to the Soul." I'm not sure which book will come first. Sometimes a story demands your attention and you have to write that one. It'll be a surprise to me and everyone else which of these two shouts loudest.Thank you Thomas for including me in your project. I really appreciate it.Leila
