Today was the second day of the teacher workshop, so we got school OFF.

C: Hey girls! Wanna go ICE-SKATING.

Oh hell to the no.

I will not ice skate AGAIN.

After what happened.

I had BRUISES on my butt and couldn't sit down for DAYS.

I'm not going through that again.

N: NO! Do you not remember what happened last time?

C: You'll be okay.

Z: It's fine.

At least we looked cute.

I had a nice AQUA outfit.

So I got out on the ice, and you'll never guess what happened.

I was doing GOOD.

I looked back at Chloe and Zoey who were MILES behind.

Then I slowed down and lost my balance.

WOAHHH!

Then someone caught me.

Not any normal person.

OMG!

"Hey. I'm glad I caught you" he said

"Uh thanks. But can I get up now?" I giggled.

"Daniel, by the way." he grinned

"Nikki." I replied.

We skated as we talked.

He was KINDA cute.

"So, where do you go to school" he asked.

"WCD. You?"

"Same. I just moved here from Montana"

"OMG! Really? That's cool"

"Tomorrow is my first day. Mind if you show me around?"

"Nope. Meet me at the front of the school."

I gave him my phone number and thanked him.

I skated over to Chloe and Zoey.

"AWWW. You two were CUTE." Chloe gushed

"What's his name?!" Zoey exclaimed

"Daniel" I giggled.

"CUTE! But don't you have a crush on Brandon?" Zoey shrugged

"I might have a new one" I squealed.

We skated on out of there.

My phone chimed when I got home

Daniel: Hey Nikki.

Nikki: Hello!

Daniel: Meet up at the mall today?

Nikki: sure, what time?

Daniel: in 15 mins?

Nikki: sounds good

Oh CRUD!

I had 15 minutes to pick an OUTFIT, and RIDE TO THE MALL.

~15 minutes later~

"Nikki! Over here." he motioned me

I walked towards him. We were T the food court when I realized Brandon was at Burger King. I pretended not to notice him.
