We all star at Lotus, our faces looking at her sadly. It must of hurt her so much to see her mother murdered in front her eyes.
"Don't look at me like that. It's sickening." She snaps and gets up.
She then looks at me. "Donnie, I don't think we can carry all the suitcases, especially if you guys want any food from the fridge. It's basically pizza but still."
Mikey perks up at 'pizza'. I slap my forehead. We should have thought of that before we came here.
"I'll call Metalhead."
Lotus gives me a weird 'da fuq' look. Leo tenses up.
"You sure it's safe for a robot to drive the streets of New York?" Leo asks.
"A highly intelligent robot," I correct him," and no, I've been improving him."
Leo nods, obviously not in the mood to argue.
"Don, look around the house and make sure it's safe. Raph, stay in the front and check around, and don't let anyone come in. Me and Mikey will stay with Lotus."
Lotus groans. "I don't wannnaaa."
"What's up with you?" Raph says.
She just sticks out her tongue at him. He glares back.
"Alright team, stay frosty."
"It's summe-
"Just forget I said that, Don."
I nod, and take out my t-phone.

Me, Mikey, and Lotus head to her room quietly. When we step into the room, she immediately goes into the closet. I roll my eyes. Girls.
Mikey on the other starts looking around the room. I face-palm. He can't even stay still for a minute. I'm starting to think Ice Cream Kitty put something in his pizza. Either that or he's just Mikey.
I just go and sit on her bed being the awkward person I am.
Lotus peeks out of her closet, with a few clothes in her hand.
"I'm gonna go change real quick, don't break anything 'Kay, Leo?"
"Me? No it's not like Mikey's in the same room, and I'm the most mature. You should be worried I'll break your bed by going all ninja on it." I say sarcastically.
She just smirks and walks out.
"It's the freckles, chicks dig em."
I roll my eyes.
"Hey what does this do?"
Mikey asks. He starts randomly pressing button on this water thing which has something that looks like April's old phone on top of it, connected by a wire. Suddenly water starts bubbling and music starts blaring out of it. Really Loud. Like REALLY LOUD.
"AHHH!!!" Mikey scream, jumping and clutching onto my arm. I look at him with a bored face. He laughs nervously, squeezing my arm.
"You been workin' out lately?" I sigh.

Mikey jumped, letting my arm go.
"Woah dude I feel like that voice is talk-singing to me."
I just walk over to the blaring music. "Okay so how do you turn this thing off?"
"We've fought aliens, ninjas, mutants, Shredder, Purple Dragons, and giant plants and yet you don't know how to turn off music. Psh, Leo step up you're game!" Mikey says laughing,"and I'm not gonna help you- I like this song!"
"But what about Lot-

"-os? Oh man she's gonna kill-"
And slam the door.
The door slams and I turn my back to see Lotus in a pair of black jeans and a teal long sleeved shirt that goes to her mid arm. She has army boots on and her hair is in a high ponytail and she looks more cleaned up.
"I'm gonna kill you Leo." She says calmly but with a deadly look in her eyes, putting her hands on her hips.
"Woah dude, you totally called it!"

"I should listen to Elsa." Lotus mutters.
"Huh?" Mikey asks.
"Nothing, you guys can go eat the pizza in the fridge, I'll finish packing."
Before I can say something, Mikey is already out the door.
Lotus looks at me, eyeing me.
"Go on with him Leo. I'm okay."
"I'm not hungry." I lie.
She grunts. "Fine."
She turns her back and goes around her room, picking up things and putting them neatly in her suitcases.
Standing frozen in the life I've chosen

Lotus cringes, and packs faster, as the song continues slowly.
I lean against the door and watch her.

She slams the closet door, zipping her suitcase. She goes over to the music station and pauses.
And here I stand

The cold never bothered me-
She clicks a button and the music and lights turn off. Unplugging the device, she puts it in her duffle bag and walks toward me.
"Are you just gonna stand there or help me out?"
I murmur a quiet sorry and take the duffle bag and one suitcase from her and we walk down the stairs where my brothers are.
Once in the living room, Lotus grabs another duffle bag quickly, and says,"I'm just gonna grab a few things from my brother and moms room, okay? I'll be right back."
As I watch her run up the stairs, I can tell she's hiding something, and that even though it looks like the cold isn't bothering her, it's freezing her to the bone.

IM SORRY THIS CHAPTER SUCKED IT WAS A FILLER BUT MORE EXCITEMENT UGH THIS CHAPTER WAS SO BORING. Anyways not that big a fan of Frozen but the song was kinda cool. Eh. Im sorry I didn't update faster I'll make it up, don't worry! 😉
