Sam's POV-

yesterday was the last day of school, so now I'm basically free.

I have zero plans though

"so, are you happy its summer break?" My mom asks, handing me a plate of salad which I gladly begin to eat

"yeah, I guess. it just seems like time flew by. you know? I wish things were slow but at the same time I can wait for high school to be over" I explain, shoving the food in my mouth as well

"I know what you mean, I was also your age once" she laughs, taking a seat beside me at the island

"yeah well, it's so confusing right now. I'm just so overwhelmed. like all this shit keeps happening so fast" I sigh, looking down at my lap and instantly thinking of Luke, which lead to a smile

"well, good things came out of that right? like your fast progress in being okay, and you found Luke" she says, as if she read my mind

"yeah, I'm so lucky to have him. I love him so much" I smile, looking up at her

"I'm glad you guys are so happy. I really do like Luke" she smiles back sweetly

"I gotta go call him actually" I chuckle, walking to the sink and rinsing my plate

"well okay, I actually gonna head out with his mom and the baby. we have plans to shop for a bit then shes joining us for dinner. so you and Luke are welcome too later" she smiles

"okay, I'll see you later then" I say, heading upstairs and dialling Luke's number

"hey babe" he answers, making me smile widely to myself

"hey" I say quietly

"open your window" he says, before the line goes dead

"oh boy" I sigh to myself, walking to my window and opening the curtains

I find Luke already sitting on my window sill, as he smiles at me cheekily

"awe, you're so cute" I laugh, opening my window

"yeah, you're pretty fucking cute too" he laughs, pulling my waist close to him and wrapping his arms around me tightly

I do the same instantly, burying my head into his chest

"I love you so much" he whispers, kissing my forehead softly

"I love you" I smile, squeezing my arms tightly around his waist

"I love you so, so much. I just never, ever wanna loose you" he says, hugging me tighter to his chest

his smell surrounded me, bringing a smile to stay on my face

"you never, ever will" I say, looking up at him with a big smile.

and at that moment, I knew I wanted to spend forever with Luke Hemmings.

hey, ik it's a short chapter, sorry. I've been trying to wrap this book up, and the epilogue will be coming soon.

I never wanted this book too be that long, but their might be a sequel in the future. idk tho... I've been writing a lot of shit rn & I can't think about an Ana sequel at the moment.
