I ran toward the screams, clutching my katana. I saw that two walkers had found their way into the playground. Michonne sliced a walker and grabbed Lexie while I sliced the head off of the other walker that had just bitten my sister on her neck. Tears filled my eyes as I held my sister.
---Flashback---
I sat and watched Chloe as she ate the last of the canned fruit. "Brooke?" She asked. I smiled. "Yes Chloe?" "What are those things outside?" She asked. "They're people who eat other people." I explained. "Oh." Chloe had a worried look on her face. "You'll keep me safe?" She asked. I walked over to her and hugged her. "I'll never let anything happen to you." "Promise?" "Promise."
---End of Flashback---
"Chloe, talk to me. Please." I said putting my bloody hand on her cheek. Michonne walked over to me and put her hand on my back. Rick walked over and gave me a gun. Then, walked back. Lexie and David joined my side. I stared at Chloe as she took her last breath. "No! Chloe! I'm sorry!" I screamed through my tears. My voice was shaking. I turned to Lexie. "David get her inside!" I said. He grabbed Lexie's hand and led her inside. "Brooke...." Michonne started which made me cry harder. I held Chloe in my arms, until her eyes started to open. Not her usual blue eyes, but her eyes were a nasty yellow. I quickly picked up the gun and shot her in the head. Michonne grabbed me and held me in her arms. My eyes burned from the tears. I can't live like this. I jumped up and grabbed a stick. I dragged it on the fence to make some noise and attracted the walkers. "You want me? Here!" I said putting my arm through the fence. "No!" Michonne yelled pulling me back just in time. I started to cry harder as I stared at my sister's body. Lifeless. My vision got blurry as everything went blank.
