"Michonne, what's that noise?" I asked. We both looked out the window. There were a bunch of army tanks lined up at the wall. "Lexie. Jada. Get in here!" Michonne yelled. She picked up Jada and I picked up Lexie. A couple of the tanks fired. "Michonne! The others!" I said thinking about Rick and the others in the group. "They're smart. They'll survive. I hope." She said. We ran out the back and Michonne kicked a hole in the fence. "Oh my gosh!" I said letting tears fall down my face as I looked at a bloody baby carriage behind a house next to ours. It's Judith's. Michonne patted my shoulder and we crawled through the hole in the fence. That's when I saw David. He crawled through the hole and followed us. "Come on." Michonne said as we ran through the woods. "Where are we going?" Jada asked, still in Michonne's arms. "Somewhere safe." She said. I realized that Michonne and I both grabbed our katanas and David had two guns fully loaded. "We'll rest here." Michonne said. I put Lexie down and Michonne put Jada down then started to build a fire. "Michonne, David and I are going for a run." I told her. "Okay be safe." She told me. "Lexie, you stay with mama. Okay?" "Kay." David and I walked away. Its just another place lost. I'm use to it. What I'm worried about, is the others. Rick, Carl, Daryl, Maggie, Glenn, Bob, Tyreese, Judith, Lizzie, Mika and Carol. "You okay?" David asked me. "Uh, yeah. I'm fine." I lied. "Brookie, I know you're-" Just then, a walker grabbed David and bit his side. "I sliced the walker's head off. "David!" I screamed. "I was going to say I know you're lying." He said through breaths. "You have to go." "David, I'm not leaving you." I said. He tried to talk but nothing came out. I picked him up and carried him to the spot where Michonne was. When I saw her, my eyes filled with tears. I laid David down. Lexie and Jada walked over to me. "What happened?" Lexie asked. I looked at her. "One of the bad people got him." I answered. "Is he dead?" Jada asked. Michonne changed the subject. "Jada, Lexie, let's go pick flowers." She said. I know she was getting them away so they wouldn't have to see this. I grabbed the two guns out of his pocket. I took one of them and held it to his head. "I love you." I whispered before shooting him. I then dragged him away from the camp. When I got back, Michonne was there with the girls. "Are you okay?" Lexie asked me. "Yeah." I lied. "Wanna play?" She asked again. "No thanks. Go play with Jada," I answered. She walked away disappointed. Michonne glared at me. I guess I'll have to accept the fact that people are going to die.
