You found yourself roaming around the streets of Tokyo, with Kayori yapping away. Once she noticed you'd zoned out, she snapped her fingers in front of your eyes.

"You know what you need? You need shopping y/n. Shopping paid for entirely by the one and only, me. You're not lonely anymore. You have me. Blue lock is just not your environment because of all.. the stuff going on."

"Shopping won't fix me Kayori, I'm done for. I don't need shopping, i need Kaiser. He promised me-"

"He promised you. So have some trust in him that he'll come back. He needs time too yknow? Plus once he's back, he can't be the only person who's accomplished things. You need to become your own person. Not Kaiser's girltoy."

"Yeah but.. what person am i? I have completely lost sight for myself.. I'm a college dropout.. when Anri believed in me so much.."

Y/n dropped out due to insane stress and depression! Was that a shocker? Nope.

"Hmm.. we should travel. No wait, you should travel. I think you need that for yourself. Of course if you do want company I don't mind coming along.."

"To other countries. Meet new people. Eat new food. See new cultures. It'll take your mind off things and it'll give you an idea of what to do. Plus not everyone has the privilege to just travel to figure things out. You do."

"That.. actually doesn't sound half bad. But where should I go first?"

"I don't know, but keep Europe for last since you live there anyway"

Too expensive and for what? This random hope that you would 'find yoirself'? That only happens in those cliché movies. You would rather just sit in Japan and rot away until Kaiser finishes whatever he wants.

"I'm still contemplating other things to do. I can't just immediately jump into travelling the world in hopes of finding my purpose. That only happens in movies Kayori lets be real with each other here."

"Wait a second I'm getting a call", you continued, taking your phone out of your pocket to see who it was.

"I am I'm just on break and it's been a while since we talked. It's been what, 10 months?"

"Yeah. What makes you think that you can just 'talk' over the phone?", you said, confused. Kayori probably got the message and she went window shopping for the shops nearby.

"What makes you think I can't?"

"And what am I supposed to say to that?"

"Well aren't you supposed to be happy? It's only two more months until this is over."

"I am happy but I'd prefer talking in person over.. on the phone."

"Too bad you left blue lock."

"I left because I was suffering. Imagine what it's like being around people you're close to but you can't even talk to them because they seem to actually be achieving their dreams whereas I don't even know what I want in life anymore."
