Ella's PoV
Fire rained down from the sky. Smoke covered the area. Wolves were scattering everywhere.
A voice came into my mind. 'Cami! Go the place where the log crosses over that stream!'
I remembered the place well. While following the log, I hadn't realized that the single file line had stopped. I nearly fell in.
As I ran out of the ruins, I automatically shifted back into human form. Terrible coughs from the smoke racked my body as I tried without luck to shift into one of the twins.
I eventually gave up on that idea and started running as fast as possible to the stream.
I tripped over something, and I looked down to see an small, white bundle that was barely breathing. I quickly picked up the wolf and kept running.
Once I reached the stream, I saw about twenty wolves clustering around the log to cross. I looked at the fast moving water, and immediately saw that it was at least three feet deep with a current, but if I used the log for support I should be able to cross and still keep the wounded wolf's head clear of the water.
The wolves around the log parted for me to get through, but I shook my head and stepped into the cool water.
Once I crossed the stream, I put the wolf down and sat next to it, wishing that I knew healing spells.
I tried to contact my wolves. 'Isis? Iona? Do you guys remember any healing spells from your time with Cami?'
No response came, so I tried to contact someone from the pack. No one replied.
I looked at a nearby black wolf and shouted, "Please try to contact a healer! This one's badly wounded!"
The wolf shook its head and pawed at its muzzle and ears.
My eyes widened. "Can you not communicate either?"
I turned around at the wolf's nod and shouted louder to some nearby wolves. "Is anyone here a healer?"
When no wolf nodded, I crossed back over the stream and started calling around for other wolves. The smoke billowing around made my eyes and nose useless, and the roar of the flames made my voice and ears pointless.
I started to realize how bad the smoke was when I stopped breathing. I barely had enough time to see the fire suddenly stop before my consciousness gave way and I was plunged into darkness.

I'm very sorry. Two days behind schedule and only 406 words not including this note.
This will probably be a reoccurring process, as school is starting up soon and I really need to do well this year. Sorry, but school comes before writing.
I will do my best to get chapters out, but it's going to be harder.
Anyways...
