☀ hey guys I came up with this while literally washing dishes so yeah, I hope it turns out well

☀ I'm starting from book three because a) I'm lowk lazy b) the third book is one of my favorites and c) because they're aged up a little bit

☀ some trigger warnings: there is swearing, violence, traumaaa, luke, death, blood, etc. please proceed with care!

☀ the oc is south indian and i'll try to stay true to her roots as best as I can without altering the sorry too much and if I make mistakes please tell me! i am indian myself, but i make mistakes sometimes too. the oc is south Indian specifically because i didn't want to write her as north Indian and mess up and represent her wrongfully. also india is so very diverse so if you see something you don't recognize it's probably because ndia is culturally different. there are mostly tamil words in here since that's what i'm most comfortable with, but the oc is based in the general area of south india

☀ this story follows the books so a lot of the characters are as described in the books. I love the show and there's nothing wrong with it, but I love the books more since it has a lot of more moments I enjoy and that's how I imagined it when I read it when I was younger, so mb guys, don't yell at me pls, I js prefer the book versions

☀ lowk started all of this with a half-finished plan soooo we'll see how this goes
