Taylor Swift and Hailee Steinfeld met at an event, Hailee had been noticing Taylor staring at her and they danced together.

Hailee: You know, Taylor, you're great company 

Taylor felt warm inside, like it was the sun in her chest.

Taylor: Thanks, Hailee

The two girls already felt a weird attachment towards each other, staring into each other's eyes as a terrible pop song played on the speakers.

Hailee: You know, Tay, maybe you would like to go out with me?

Taylor smiled warmly, almost turning Hailee down, but decided to say yes.

Taylor: Sure, I'll go out with you

Hailee hugged Taylor.

Hailee: Yes! I'm going out with Taylor Swift!

Taylor laughed softly.

Taylor: It's just Taylor

Both women laughed, eventually parting ways, but meeting back up at a small coffee shop a few weeks later.

Hailee smiled like a lovefool, watching Taylor sip her coffee.

Hailee took a deep breath, holding Taylor's hand.

Taylor looked straight into Hailee's eyes.

Hailee and Taylor leaned into a kiss, the romantic tension in the air between them as they kissed very delicately, the kiss lasting very long before they came back from air.

Hailee: Taylor Swift, will you be my girlfriend?

Taylor: Forever and always!

The two now-lovers embraced in a tight hug. A few months later, it was now Taylor's birthday, and Hailee was celebrating with her.

Hailee: Tayloooor, wake up

Hailee shook Taylor's shoulder gently, trying to get her to wake up.

Taylor opened the box to find a diamond necklace with "Forever" written on it.

A year later, it was Taylor and Hailee's wedding day.

The ceremony was beautiful, but now they were in their room, relaxing.

Hailee: Tay, are you okay?

Hailee asked for what seemed like the tenth time to Taylor.

Taylor: I'm fine, okay?! 

Taylor yelled, halfway out the door.

Hailee: TayTay-

Taylor: I don't need you controlling my life, okay, Hailee?

Hailee: Taylor, can we talk?

Taylor fell to the floor, Hailee quickly checking on her.

Hailee: Taylor, are you okay?

Taylor: No....

Taylor's voice was softer, a little more shaky.

Hailee: What happened?

Taylor: I'm dying

Hailee: No you're not-

Taylor let out a rattling cough, Hailee leaning next to her.

Taylor: Don't try to save me, Haiz

Hailee: Why?

Taylor: I've already lived all the life I wanted

Hailee hugged Taylor, the air feeling different.

Hailee: So I'm supposed to let you go?

Taylor: Can we have a last kiss?

Hailee leaned in for the kiss, it felt more magical than any other kiss. Taylor started coughing again, Hailee holding on tightly.

Hailee: I'll always remember you, okay?

Taylor: I...I....will always...love...you

Taylor's voice started to go away, Hailee stroking her hair. Taylor gave Hailee the necklace, the brunette placing it around her neck.

Hailee: I'll always love you too, TayTay

Taylor: I....love....you

Those words were the last words Taylor ever spoke. Hailee held Taylor's lifeless body close, trying to hold on. A year later, Hailee was at Taylor's grave on the date they got married.

Hailee: I love you, Tay, even though you're not here anymore 

Hailee stood on the edge of a cliff, the rain pouring down.

Hailee: Forever, just like our last kiss
