Ghost touched down at an airport just outside of New York where several military members were waiting. One being Ross, and the other being a healed Blonsky. "Blonsky. How the fuck are you healed? Last I heard, every bone in your body was broken."

Blonsky merely gave him a raised eyebrow. "Last I heard, you were deaf. How can you hear again?"

Ghost merely gives him a blank look. "I'm a super soldier. I heal fast."

Ross gives him a mix of shocked and suspicious look. "And how would you be one?"

"People who trained me made their own. There are five of them currently running through my veins right now. Which is how I know that Blonsky is one. He was able to keep pace with me. A normal person can't do that. Which begs the question, Ross, how is that possible?" Ghost questioned, turning to look at him with a glare.

Ross replies, "Classified. Government secrets." He replies.

"I am government, dumbass. You used my agencies database to find where Banner would be. SHIELD is where I come from." He takes a quick, deep breath. "I don't care. I'm going to go in first, see what exactly they're doing, then I'll call you in once I deem it clear enough to do so. Understood?"

Ross glared. "You can't-"

"I can't do what, Thaddeus? Tell you what to do? Because you outrank me? Newsflash; I can kill you before you could even comprehend the fact that I even moved. You answer to me. No ifs, ands, or buts. And if you have a problem with that, you can take that up with Director Fury. I know who exactly he'll back up, and it sure as shit ain't you. You stay behind. I'll check it. Again, understood?"

Ross and Ghost glare at each other, intensely. Ghost was not going to back down. He was absolutely done with this shit. He was done with people, the government specifically, lying to him. Ross with Banner. Fury with everything about what SHIELD is having him do. Carol and what exactly she gets up to. Tony... Tony actually hasn't lied to him yet. How is the former playboy the most honest person he knows?

There's also Nat and what she doesn't tell him. Clint and what goes on in his head. Laura... He knows why Laura keeps things from him. He's not a parent. Likely never will be. He gave up on that dream when... when she died.

Finally, Ross replies, "Understood. Ghost. We will wait for your go ahead."

The man simply hums before walking away, once he's far enough away, he merely tells Caity, "Get me Sterns' address. And find where Ross is keeping those serums. I'm getting rid of those fucking things." He says, heated.

Caity replies, "On it, sir. Are you alright? Readings in your suit indicate that adrenaline and anger are very, very high."

"I'm fucking peachy, Caity. Just need to get this shit over with and go home to relax." He takes a minute then adds, "And I need everyone to stop fucking lying to me. But that's never going to happen."

Afterall, everyone knows you can't trust the Ghost. He's a weapon. And everybody knows you can't trust a weapon. He gets it.

He's good at one thing. One. A weapon is all he is. All he ever will be.

And he fucking hates that he's aware of that.

Maria was looking at her computer, staring at it blankly. She just got a message from Ghosts artificial intelligence, Caity. She explained everything that was happening so far. With all that he's balancing. Stark, the situation in New Mexico, and now Banner and Ross.

The AI also sent a list of the injuries he has sustained in the last week. Over a dozen fractured ribs, multiple broken, he's been stabbed by his own knife twice, hit by the Hulk, and Romanoff had to remove one of his ribs. Again.
