Pulling his knife across someone's throat, he pulled their body into darkness and lowered them to the ground. Moving across to another shady section of the camp, he kneeled down and waited. Once someone came into his view, he moved forward and pulled them back by their collar then covers their mouth, shoving his knife in their aorta artery. After a second, he pulls it out, and they bleed to death in seconds.
It had become a signature at this point. He was an assassin, remember? Born and raised.
Wiping the blood off of his knife, he put it back in its holster, instead choosing to grab his sidearm and hit a button, watching as a silencer extends from the side of the barrel then covers it, providing silence when he shoots. Thank you, alien tech!
Moving in the shadows, he aims and fires, hitting a head and watching them fall as he keeps moving, firing shots at more heads. These guys had to be the Ten Rings. At least he guesses. He had never seen pictures of them before.
Reloading, he hears actual gunfire, and his eyebrows furrow, The gunfire wasn't aimed towards him, so what the hell were they shooting at?
Choosing to ignore enemies as he swiftly moved through the shadows, not that there were many enemies to avoid, he spotted a line of men aiming their guns at a cave entrance. Huffing as he saw the line, he muttered, "What could be so dangerous in a cave...? A spider...?"
That was when a metal figure stumbled out, and his eyebrows peaked, curious. The firing line opened fire, and he watched as bullets fucking bounced off of the suit, flying every which way. He had to duck to avoid a bullet hitting him.
Raising his head back up when the fire stopped, he looked at the figure. The men were lowering their guns, seemingly terrified.
Though as he observes that, he snorts. True fear was the looks he gets when he confronts the last guy after picking off a whole warehouse full of people. That, now that was true fear.
He hears an echoed "My turn." come from the figure, which has him realize, the guy in the suit, is Tony fucking Stark. How did Tony Stark even make that in a damn cave?
Then he reminds himself, that it was the same way Ghost could have, because he was a genius.
Though, with this development, at least he didn't need to worry about rescuing a helpless billionaire. Rescuing a helpless millionaire was taxing enough, imagine having to do that with a billionaire! That doesn't sound fun.
Then fire comes out of his hands. He had a flamethrower too!? But in both hands!?
While cool, impractical. You only need one. Ghost only has one, and it works when he needs it. Stark starts walking, spreading the fire everywhere and even onto weapons, which has them exploding. Ghost spots someone getting on a turret, but before they fire, he aims his gun and domes them, watching their body fall to the ground.
He notes how Stark follows the body down before continuing his rampage, putting flames everywhere. He watches as Stark gets pelted with fire, a bullet apparently hitting his knee as he goes down before spreading more fire.
Note to self, make something that can counteract anything hot quickly. Maybe a chill/ice grenade of some kind.
Once something explodes, he starts running, moving out of the base. Getting out of the explosion radius as everything goes up all at once, he spots a figure in the ski before it comes crashing down. And like a normal person would, he assumed that was Stark. He reaches up to his chest and hits the button strapped to it, signaling for the Colonel to come get him.
Then he starts moving towards Stark.
~~~~~~~~~~
"Anthony Edward Stark. Graduated at seventeen, made his first circuit board at five, a genius overall and a wizard with engineering and robotics. Clearly that engineering degree wasn't wasted." Ghost remarks, stepping behind him. The man turns around quickly, and man does he look like shit.
