Nayely's POV:
We got on cars, it was me steph and Becky on the front and Frankie, kelvin in the back.
We later got on more rides.
Later that night Frankie took me home
"I hope you had fun today" he said
"I did, thank you for making today special" I said
He smiled and gave me a hug before he left.
"Mom I'm home" I said
"Nay we need to talk" my mom said
"Okay"
She signaled me to take a seat in the living room.
"You know how I had to find a job since your dad left and we don't have much money. Well I got a new job and I'm really excited because they'll pay me way much more than my old one"
"Mom I'm happy for you" I said
"The bad thing is, my new job is not in LA. It's in Bakersfield"
No this couldn't be happening, I'll have to move and I've lived in LA my whole life.
"Does this mean we have to move to Bakersfield?" I asked
"Well I found a small apartment in Shafter where we'll be staying at. Your sister is going to redwood elementary and you're going to Shafter High, I have everything arranged so you have no choice"
"Mom I don't want to move, you know LA is our home, I won't be able to get used to a new school or a new city" I cried
"I'm actually pretty excited" Maddie said
"But I'm not, what about my friends"
At this point I was already crying,
"I don't want to move" I yelled
I ran up to my room and closed my door shut, I called Frankie.
F: what's up
N: Frankie I'm moving
F: what, are you serious
N: yes my mom got a new job
F: but you're still going to the same school right? Are you still going to live in Cali?
N: yes I'll still be in Cali but in a city far from LA and no I'm transferring schools
F: this can't be happening, I can't live without you
N: I can't either I don't want to move Frankie
F: ask your mom if you can stay with us, my mom would be happy to have you
N: I can't, my mom has everything planned
F: when are you leaving?
N: tomorrow in the afternoon
F: I'll go to your house in the morning
N: ok I'll be waiting bye
F: bye
