~Time skip~

In a warm and sunny day, birds were chirping as they sing there song in harmony while morning slowly came among them. On that day Yuu and Nate walk to the park, were the grass was perfectly green while the beautiful colored flowers gave more life to nature. As they were getting closer to park, Yuu couldn't help, but curious wonder on where exactly they were going, he knew they were going on a picnic as he took notice of the picnic basket that Nate was carrying. There wasn't a lot of people in park, which makes it more calmer in way. Yuu looks around at the beautiful park as a smile slowly grew on his face.     

As he looks around at hi surroundings, he couldn't help but think about how close Nate and him had gotten, though he those wish to tell Nate his true and meaningful feelings towards him. But of course, Yuu didn't dare to even mention a word about it. It is a really hard topic to even mention it to the same gender. Yuu thought that Nate could only see him as a very best friend or even a close brother. He shook those thoughts away as he wanted to enjoy this day with savior.

All of a sudden Nate make a sudden turn into the woods, Yuu curiosity grew even more, they went and took a little hike up the mountain and even deeper in to the woods, very tall green trees were now surrounding both of them, the park was no longer in site nor near, the sunlight dance along with the leafs as they ruffle together. Yuus hears perk up as her heard a unfamiliar sound up ahead, but Nate keeps on walking towards it, so he assume it was nothing to be worried about. As they finally arrived to were ever Nate took Yuu. A big, sparkly and beautiful waterfall was now in front of them. Yuu eyes widen in amazement since he has never seen one in real life before and especially not this close to one, he only had seen them in books he reed. Nate set up the picnic and suddenly took off his shirt.
"Wanna go in for a swim?"
he said smiling , Yuu ears bent down as he wasn't expecting to see Nate without a shirt, making Yuu blush and slowly look somewhere else but Nate.
"i-i don't know h-how to swim"
and looks down at the grass , his blush grew even more from embarrassment. Nate suddenly took a step closer to Yuu and ruffles his hair bit.                                                                                                  "I can teach you, I promise nothing bad will happen to you"

Nate said, Yuu look at Nate and give it thought for a second before giving him an answer.
"o-ok"
Nate smiles and took Yuu's hand, which also make Yuu blush even more and made him question himself 'is this what friends do?'. Yuu didn't took off his clothes because of his scars that almost covered all of his body, he just roll up a bit his sleeves of his shirt, but did not rolled up his pants since they were already short.                                                                                                                               They slowly went into the slightly cold yet kinda warm water. Nate's other hand sneak its way to Yuu waist, just to make sure that Yuu didn't slip and hurt himself. They soon stop when the water barley over Yuu's shoulders and barely over Nate's chest.

"ok for now, stay close to me"
Nate slowly, but gently grabs Yuu's waist on either side and pulls him a bit closer to him. Yuu couldn't control his blush, but tries his best calms himself down and make it go away.             "now let's begging your swimming lessons"

~almost an hour later~

"how about we take a break?"
Nate said barley walking back to the picnic as Yuu follows behind. The wind started to blow and both of them were starting to get cold , Nate took out some giant beach towels and both of them cover them self up to dry and warm up. But Yuu was still cold due to the wet shirt and pants that weren't exactly meant for swimming and started to shivers. Nate notice Yuu was starting to shake and shiver.
"if you take off your shirt ,you wouldn't be so cold don't you think?"
Nate said almost sarcastically to make Yuu laugh , but fail.
"um no ,it's ok ,i-i don't mind the cold"
obviously Nate wasn't convince. Nate knew for a while that Yuu has some scars, is either that or he had some tattoos, but Yuu doesn't seem the type to have tattoos, s must have some scars on him ..or maybe he is insecure of his body. But the way he acts, when it comes to his body, just give it away, besides that, Yuu been only wearing long sleeve shirts, even on extremely hot days. Nate thinks for a sec before he spoke.

"I'll won't look if it makes you uncomfortable, take of your shirt so you wont get a cold"
Nate turns his back on Yuu ,
'it is cold with this shirt on' Yuu slowly let the towel fell on the floor and quickly take his shirt off before covering himself with the towel again.
" d-done"
Nate turns back around, he then got closer to Yuu and wraps an arm around his shoulder, covering him a bit more with his towel, at first Yuu was a bit tenses, that he even was gripping his towel tightly, his ears were bent down and his tail was almost between his legs. But soon, he slowly was warming up under Nate's warm body and started to calm down a bit, he even felt relaxed for the first time. It was also probably the first that someone was this close to him without getting beat up or being yelled at, but instead being embrace with kindness and maybe even love. They both just sat there in silence enjoying there surroundings. Later on, Nate took out some food that he had prepare for both of them. As they eat, Yuu couldn't help but just smile as he continue eating Nate's food while his tail wags side to side under the towel.

"do you like it?"                                                                                                                                                                      Nate ask as he took noticed of Yuus expression. Yuu nods a couple of times as he took another bite of his food. "thank you for the food" Yuu said, now looking at Nate with a smile. Nate smiles back and ruffles Yuus hair a bit." your welcome, we have to leave soon , its gonna get dark in a few hours" Yuu nods in understanding and they both continue eating.

It was getting dark, Yuu and Nate were now getting in the car, putting on there seat belt, Nate turning on the car and drove. "did you like it? my surprise for you?" Nate ask out of the blue while he drives.Yuu smiles "i love it... i really appreciate all you have done for me Nate" he said. "I'm glad you have a good time" Nate said as he took a glaze at Yuu before he looks back at the road.

Yuu couldn't stop smiling on the way home. He was looking out the car window as the starry night was showing up in the sky. Chill music was playing on the radio , making Yuu sleepy every minute that passes, until finally he fells fast asleep.
