Sorry so the late update guys but it's my last year and I'm struggling with lots of things apart from the clg and there unnecessary taunturms. They are rushing this semester making us students restless with there endless means of unnecessary assignments and everything.

Hope we will get back on track soon.

Please to vote and comments. You guys stopped commenting and voting. That's not fair guys I'm still trying to update on time and seeing you all not engaging with the chapters make me miserable. Especially seeing how some new genZ writer with exaggerating nothing but just smuts and getting lots of reads , votes and comments is really disheartening as author like me who believes it writing something which can make others to related which they can read without any trigger and can enjoy are getting shadow banned from Wattpad.

The platform, the community itself has become so toxic that it's making the well known author leave so they can have some peace.

Writing is a peace and a way for author's to let out there pain but seeing the toxicity makes it worse .

So please consider it as well.

Thank you for waiting for me so long . I'm glad to have you all.

Author's POV

The cold white corridor of the hospital was filled with the scent of antiseptic and suffocating silence that was louder than any scream. Doctors and nurses rushed past, their voices a blur in Shreya's ears.

The doctor stepped out, pulling his mask down. His face was tense, brows furrowed with concern. Everyone turned to him at once.

“The patient has lost a significant amount of blood,” he said, his voice calm but urgent. “She’s in critical condition. On top of that, she had a severe panic attack, which only worsened her vitals.”

“She needs blood immediately. Unfortunately, we’re experiencing a shortage of O positives right now. Please arrange it as soon as possible or—” he paused, “—or the patient might slip into a coma.”

The silence that followed was like a thunderclap.Just then, the echo of hurried footsteps broke the tension.

Mehek’s breath hitched. Her heart pounded in her chest as she clutched her phone tightly, knuckles pale. Her best friend—no, her sister—was lying unconscious inside the emergency room, fighting for her life.

Mehek opened her mouth to speak, but no words came out. Her world tilted slightly, and for a moment, everything felt like it was moving in slow motion.

“I’m O positive.”

Arush’s voice cracked through the silence like a ray of hope piercing the darkness. He entered the corridor, his arms tightly around a crying Mehek who had finally collapsed into someone’s embrace after hours of being strong.

“I’m O positive, Doctor. Take as much blood as you need—just save my sister, please,” he begged, his voice trembling with desperation and guilt.

Tears streamed freely down Mehek’s face now, but she couldn’t even process it. Her eyes were fixed on the doctor, who gave a quick nod.

“Yes, please come with us,” the doctor said briskly, already guiding Arush toward the blood donation unit.

Mehek watched Arush disappear into the hallway. She stood frozen, numbness crawling over her limbs like frostbite. Her mind was blank, but her chest was burning—burning with helplessness, with rage, with grief.

And then her eyes found him

Shreyas

He stood nearby, pale and shaken, his eyes bloodshot. Guilt dripped from every pore of his being. He looked broken, like a statue about to collapse from the weight of its own sins.
