It was Saturday morning, and both Shreyas and Nayan were getting ready as her mother-in-law asked them to join them for dinner. Also, they were grounded to meet each other for two weeks.

" Jaldi aur kitna time lagega apko," she asked, knocking on his door impatiently. 

( Fast , How much time do you need ?)

Nayan was excited to meet her mother-in-law as she quickly got ready and was waiting for him to return and get ready. 

" Kitna time lete hai taiyaar hone me ye, hum  bhi itna time nahi lagati " she muttered, being frustrated and annoyed by waiting for him for the past 15 minutes.

( How much time does he need , I also don't take this much time )

She again raised her hands to knock, but before she could, the door opened, revealing Shreyas. 

" 5 minutes ruk nahi sakti, kitna impatient ho rahi ho ? " he asked, crossing his arms around his chest, eyeing her.

(Can't you just wait for 5 min , how much impatient are you ?)

" Arre aap itna time laga rahe ho, itna to koi ladki bhi nahi lagati abb chalo jaldi " she uttered, pulling his hand and dragging him with her.

( You were taking so much time even girls do not take this much time to get ready  )

He looked at her in disbelief as she didn't even give him a chance to respond and started dragging him. 

" Tham jao Zara konsa train chut rahi hai tumhari,"  he said, opening the door and settling on the driver's seat as she already sat on the passenger seat, huffing at his non-scene talk.

(Slow down , why are you getting so hyper )

" Chup chap kar ke chaliye already late hai hum." She shut him up, looking out of the window as he started the car, sighing tiredly. Her excitement was at peak .

(Shut up and just drive , we are already late)

As the car parked inside the Rathore Mansion, she hurriedly ran out.

" Aaram se gir jao gi!" he yelled from the back, looking at her running like a mad woman.

(Slowly , you'll fall )

" Maa," she called out, seeing his mother at the doorsteps, who spread her arms, engulfing her in a warm embrace.

" Arre Mera bacha aa gaya," her Mother-in-law cooed, kissing her forehead before taking her inside, forgetting about her son, who was watching all this standing there , hands full with shopping bags .

( ohh my child finally came )

" How dramatic," he sighed, shaking his head in disbelief as his father also joined, seeing the scene in front of them as his wife was ignoring him today in the excitement of Nayan's homecoming.

" Chal beta Aaj dono baap bete ko koi ghaas nahi dega," he said, patting Shreyas' son as both of them entered inside and he took some of bags from his hand  only to see both the ladies were engaged in their conversation as they had met after years. 

(lets go son , no one is gonna ask for us today )

Soon, Avyansh also comes with Mehek, making both Shreyas and Nayan confused seeing Mehek.
