Nayan's Pov :-

After he went out I did my breakfast and took the medicine gulping it with a glass of juice.

I rested back on the couch for 5 minutes as the medicine was making me drowsy due to its heavy effect making my eyelids heavy.

A yawn left my mouth as I checked the timing. I still have 30 minutes and I'm sure all the preparation will take half an hour . If I go down now I'll surely stumble due to the effect of the medicine and mom will scold me for not taking care.

Setting the alarm for thirty minutes I pulled my hair up and tied it in a bun , securing in with the clutcher.

Walking in the direction of bed I set the phone on the table and laid on my back, closing my eyes as the sleep over took faster than I expected.

.

.

30 minutes later

.

“ Beep… beep… beep…” The alarm pierced through the silence, jolting me awake. My eyes snapped open, heart thudding. .

“ Did I sleep for too long? It feels like I was asleep for hours”  I mumbled, rubbing the sleep off of my eyes as I sat up.

Shutting the annoying sound of the alarm , I stood and went to drink some water which was kept on the coffee table as my mouth was all dry.

Relief spreads through my body as the cold water slides through my dry throat.  Opening my hair I again combed it and let it down again . Doing a little bit of touch up , I picked up my phone and fastened the strap of my sandal before moving out.

Taking a last look at myself I  stood and went toward the door  but before I could reach the door my phone rang indicating the notification.

A smile appeared on my face looking at the name of the person who messaged .

Mr Rathore:- Meet me in the old storeroom :)

The memory of us of yesterday flooded in my mind making me flutter as heat crawled up my cheeks.

The way we were so close, bare and raw . The emotion in his eyes and the way he took care of me.

Made me feel like the lucky person alive in the universe. I thought this marriage would turn my world upside down — in a way it did but this marriage had given me a lot more happiness and being loved by others which I never got before.
