Author's POV

It was Sunday morning, and everything unfolded perfectly. Nayan’s admission process was complete, and she was ready to start college tomorrow.

Avyansh and Rahul were a tremendous help throughout the process, with Shreyas acting as her guardian. Nayan was determined to keep her identity as the wife of a well-known CEO under wraps; she didn’t want anyone to assume that she was receiving special treatment. She intended to tackle any challenges or obstacles that came her way independently, without relying on anyone's favor.

Mehek had also completed her admission process, and today they decided to go shopping together. Shreyas caught up in a sudden deal at the office, was unaware that Nayan had left home. When she contemplated calling him, Mehek arrived, and the excitement of their impending college adventure made her forget to reach out.

By evening, Shreyas finally returned home.

"Nayan," he called, expecting to find her either in the kitchen preparing something or in the living room deeply focused on her sketches.

He cherished those moments when he would find her engrossed in her art book, lost in her creative world.

Shreyas' POV:-

Shreyas' POV:-

I came home from the office, eager to see her either sketching or cooking as usual. But the apartment was unnervingly quiet. Not a single sound broke the stillness. I set my coat and bag down in the living room and headed to the kitchen, searching for her—but she was nowhere to be found.

"Nayan?" I called out again, but there was no response.

I checked her room and moved through the rest of the apartment, but she remained absent.

"Where on earth did she go?" I muttered, pulling out my phone to call her.

I dialed her number and waited for her to accept the call but it never happened. The phone was ringing but no one was answering the call.
