The living room was a chaotic mix of laughter, movie trailers, and the occasional sound of someone tripping over the furniture. Vic lounged across the couch, clearly enjoying himself as Amy, Y/N, and Colby argued over the latest plot twist in a movie about a polar bear with surprisingly good martial arts skills.
"I can't believe you guys are actually watching a movie about a polar bear ninja," Y/N said, throwing her hands in the air.
Vic smirked. "Spoiler alert: it ends with you not getting the last two hours of your life back."
"I find it delightful," Amy chimed in, rolling her eyes. "Anytime the sidekick is a talking fish, I'm in."
"And for your information," Y/N shot back, "the polar bear's not a ninja. He's a CIA operative with a criminal past who's returned to the streets to face his mistakes."
Vic waved a dismissive hand. "He's a polar bear! That's the real headline here."
Before anyone could respond, a soft hum filled the room. Amy and Colby looked at each other as their voices suddenly cut out mid-sentence.
"What just happened?" Colby mouthed, his eyebrows furrowed.
Vic grinned, holding up a small, sleek device. "Pretty neat, huh? I designed it to shoot an invisible laser that temporarily silences people. I call it 'The Silencer.'"
Amy blinked, her eyes narrowing. "Your talent for naming things truly knows no bounds."
Y/N mimed, hands flailing, trying to protest, but nothing came out. "Give me my voice back! I want a new dad!"
Vic chuckled and finally deactivated the device, letting the room's chatter resume. "Attention, everyone. I think Amy has something she wants to tell us."
Amy folded her arms, clearly unimpressed. "Okay, fine. You got me. I put glue in your shoes."
Colby groaned, looking down at his now-stuck sneakers. "What? Oh... I guess I haven't tried to take these off yet."
Just then, Amy's phone buzzed with a notification. She picked it up, scrolling rapidly before her eyes widened. "Wait... what is this?"
"What is it?" Y/N asked, leaning over her shoulder.
Amy turned the phone toward them, showing a video of someone dressed in an almost identical Havoc suit performing stunts across Centropolis. "I... I think there's a copycat version of me running around," she said, her voice tight with disbelief.
Vic whistled. "No way. Another girl in a Havoc suit? Really?"
Y/N tilted her head. "Wait, are you saying someone's trying to steal your identity?"
Amy's jaw tightened. "Exactly. Look at her—she's mimicking everything I do, from my costume to my moves. It's... unsettling."
Colby frowned, looking between Amy and the video. "Is it really stealing if nobody wants it?"
Amy shot him a sharp look. "Colby, if someone pretends to be me, people are going to think she's the real Havoc. My reputation... my work... everything could be at stake."
Vic leaned back smugly. "Well, maybe she just wants to be awesome. You did set the bar pretty high."
Y/N crossed her arms, skeptical. "Awesome? Amy, this is serious. What if she causes trouble? People could get hurt."
Amy exhaled, pacing a little. "I know. And I can't just ignore it. I need to find out who she is and stop her before this gets out of hand."
Vic grinned. "Sounds like you've got a new mission. Maybe I can... watch from a safe distance?"
