Miracle #3

Justin's POV
Jen called me about an hour ago saying that she's in labor and that Court is taking her to the hospital until I can get there and that David is watching the kids.

"Where the hell were you?!" Jen yells from her hospital bed as I walk in the room "I called you a fucking hour ago! What if I had the baby already?"

"I'm sorry, babe" I walk over and kiss her "I got stuck in traffic." She squeezes my hand as she goes through another contraction and Courteney gets ready to leave "Good luck," she whispers to me "She's in a bitchy mood."

Jen's POV
Justin is finally here trying his best to help me, but all I want is for this kid to come out already.

"Why does this have to hurt so much?" I look over at Justin "Why can't the baby just be like 1 pound and then gain 6 pounds right after when I get to see it?" He starts laughing at me.

The nurse walks in to check me, and when she's done looks right up at Justin, "Well it looks like you made it just in time. She's ready to start pushing."

"What?" It can't happen this fast "But I haven't had the epidural yet. You guys said this baby is big, I can't do this without one."

"I'm sorry, but it's too late to get one now, you're just going to have to do this naturally." She smiles at me sympathetically and walks out to get the doctors.

"You're going to be fine." Justin squeezes my hand for emphasis.

"Fine?" I breathe through what might be the worst contraction ever then finish talking "You have no idea what I'm about to do. After you push a freaking watermelon out of your penis you can tell me I'll be fine. This is all your fucking fault." This shuts him up and we wait for the doctor. The most painful 5 minutes of my life. I swear I've had 10 contractions since she left.

"I know this hurts, but you're going to break my hand if you squeeze it any harder." Justin has the nerve to tell me this.

I stop pushing and look over at him "Shut up!" I fall back onto the bed to relax until my next contraction. "I swear I'm going to kill you if you ever want sex again."

"Just a few more pushes and you're done," my doctor says from where she's sitting "I can see the head." Great. I think. So pull it out so I don't have to do this.

"Holy shit." I mumble as I feel another contraction. I grab Justin's hand and squeeze even harder than before and push as long as I can. If this kid isn't out soon I'm giving up.

"You're almost done, babe, just keep pushing." Justin really thinks he's helping me. I sit up a little and push again. This time I can feel movement and realize quickly how big this baby is.

"I can't do this." I fall back onto the bed "Just give me a c-section. I give up."

"You're too far for them to do that," Justin looks me in the eyes "I know you can do this, and if you still want to kill me when you're done then you can, but you have to finish this first."

"2 more pushes, that's it." My doctor says. She looks like she's just as ready to get this over with as I am.

I push again for as long as I can. I feel the doctor pulling on the head and stop. I feel like she's still pulling, but Justin tells me the cord was just wrapped around the babies neck. She tells me to start pushing again, so I do. Justin holds my hand and I sit up as far as I can. I can feel movement and lots of burning, but push through it all.

"It's a girl!" The doctor says as her cries fill the room. She places her on my chest and I start to cry. Justin cuts the cord and I pick her up so that we can see her better.

"Wow," Justin looks amazed "She really is big! But she's beautiful."

"I told you!" I look up at him laughing. Did he think I was lying about that?

"You did really good," he leans down and kisses me "I'm sorry I made you do that." I kinda feel bad now for blaming him for all of this. I am the one who wanted the baby in the first place "It's okay, just never again."

He smiles and takes her from me "So what are we naming her? Is it still what we had picked out for a girl?" I nod my head. Justin gives her back to me and gets the birth certificate paper work to fill out while I try to feed her.

"Did you guys have a name picked out?" The doctor asks as she finishes up. She must not have noticed Justin leaving with the paper work "Yeah," I look up at her "Alexia Lily Theroux."

"That's a beautiful name." She leaves when she's done with everything, and shortly after Justin walks back in "Wow, she's still eating?"

"Well yeah, she has to get full and obviously that takes a lot." I joke about how chubby she is. It's makes her really cute though.

"Did they say how big she is?" He asks taking his seat next to me.

"Yeah, 8lbs 6oz."

"Wow, I really thought Ben was going to he the biggest. I guess his little sister beat him." He jokes. He pulls a small velvet box out of his jacket and hands it to me "I know you always tell me not to get you anything, but Kay, Ben and I picked this out for you."

Surprised, I take it from him to see what it is. I open the box to find a beautiful ring. It has all 5 of our birthstones on it "Thank you, babe, I love it!" I lean over as far as I can to kiss him "It's beautiful."

"Just like you." He kisses me back. We talk for a while until we hear little feet running up the hallway towards my room. Right away we know it's Kay and Ben.

Kay somehow manages to open the door and they come running up to Justin for him to put them next to me.

"Here's your baby sister," I hand Alexia over to Kay to hold and Ben to see. They don't really know what to do with her because they don't know who she is yet, so they kinda just stare at her. My dad and Sherry walk in the room a few seconds later.

"Try holding her hand, Kay." Sherry tries to get her to acknowledge Lexi. Kay gently reaches out to hold her hand and Lexi opens her eyes and starts to smile. Justin helps Ben hold her other hand and the three of them all look happy.

"She's beautiful, Jen." My dad says as he admires all of them.

"Thanks, daddy." I try to fight back the tears that are forming. Sherry walks over to my side of the bed and hugs me "Congratulations, honey. You two are going to have so much fun with the three of them." I laugh. We really are going to be busy, but it will be lots of fun.

"Do you guys like your new sister?" Justin asks Kayeigh and Bentley.

"Yeah," they both reply more interested in her than Justin's questions.

"Mommy," Kay looks up at me "What her name?"

"Alexia, but you can call her Lexi."

"Okay," she leans down and kisses Lexi "Love you, Lexi."
