"Justin, are you sure this is a good idea?" We just pulled up to the courthouse and I know we already decided on this and that it's what we want to do, but at the same time I feel like we could be missing out on the ceremony.

He pulls out the marriage license we got a few days ago and holds my hand to calm me down a little "We are, it's different, but we already agreed on this. We'll have the party later."

I get out of the car and we walk up the stairs together. He's right, we don't need a big wedding, our love is different than others, but better. We get to the top of the stairs and he looks at me kissing me sweetly, "I can't wait to be married to you." I blush and start to cry a little, he truly is the best man for me "I love you." I whisper to him and we make our way through the doors. We get to the area we need to be and wait on the chairs for our turn until they call out "Theroux, Aniston wedding."

We get up as fast as we can, both excited about what's about to happen. It then hits me; I'm about to marry the man of my dreams, the one I've loved for so many years, my best friend. This might not be the ideal setting, but it's right for us.

"Okay, Mr. Theroux can I see all your information?" The judge says as he takes out some paper work. He then looks over at me "If you could do the same, please."

I give him everything he needs from both of us and we stand there in front of him holding hands whilst he recites some things. He gets to the vows, then looks at me first and hands me Justin's ring.

"Years ago, we were best friends until one day you asked me out. We were in high school and everyone would always just say that it's young love and wouldn't last after we graduated, but it did. Our love was the best thing about my teens, I didn't really have the ideal life, but you completed me. When we broke up I was heartbroken, but we stuck together and stayed friends. You supported me and I supported you, when I needed you most you were always there, and the past year that we've back together reminds me of our teenage romance. One failed marriage and many years later, here we are, back together and more in love than before. You make me feel like the most special girl in the world and I can't wait to spend our life together." I gently slide the ring on his finger and through my tears manage to say "I love you."

The judge then looks at Justin handing him my ring. Justin takes it, then reaches for my hands again looking deep into my eyes

"I have loved you all my life. 18 years ago, I finally got the courage to speak up and ask you out and from that day on you made me the luckiest guy in the world. We made it through those tough high school years, stuck together showing others that our love really was strong enough to make it. The day we broke up was the hardest day of my life, I felt like a piece of me was missing, but I never stopped loving you. When I heard what happened I knew you needed someone there for you, and who better than someone who loves you more than anything? I knew it would be hard to start over and that you were in a tough place, but now a year since we got back together I couldn't be happier. You complete my life, and I have that missing piece of me back." He slides the wedding ring on top of my engagement ring and we stand there continuing to hold hands until the Judge pronounces us married.

"You may now kiss the bride." He says, and Justin leans in and kisses me in the most sweet and romantic way possible.

"Congratulations, Mr & Mrs. Theroux!" The judge says before handing us a license "I wish you many years of love, health and happiness."

With that, we're married. I'm now Jennifer Theroux, and I couldn't be happier.

We get back in the car to start the hour drive home, not saying anything, but both enjoying everything. We're so happy to finally be married and start the next part of our lives. Our closest friends and our parents know that we're getting married today and we're having a party when we get home with a few of them as our reception. They've all been so supportive of our decision and we can't thank them enough.
