Chapter 18 : baby girl

Melissa's P.O.V

today we are all headed to the beach  just a relaxed chill day . It's been 3 or 4 days since we've been here , it's been amazing there has been no fights between anyone .

We arrived at the beach , and picked our spot . It was pretty packed today , the boys went straight to the water the usual .

"So how's this fake dating thing going ? " cher asked while we walked towards the water . "Good I guess , I don't like the sound of fake but it is what it is " I shrugged . "Why don't you guys just start dating " she asked . I started at her for a little bit . "Bc after all the shit he told me , I can't let him just win " I sighed .

"That's true , I don't wanna see you heartbroken again " she hugged me . We were starring at the boys playing football in the water , and then a couple girls started getting closer to them . Me and Cher looked at eachother . "I swear" she said , she was very overprotective so this isn't good . "Just watch " I said .

They started playing football with them , then it's got super pathetic . One of the girls was chasing cam and hugging him , the other was trying to get on kalin's back and the last one was touching Myles's hair and he was grabbing her waist , not as bad Bc Kalin was touching the other girls butt .

"Okay Cher , we are not gonna make this big just walk right past them " I said calm . She nodded in agreement and we walked toward the water . The girls were watching us as we walked , "hey isn't that Melissa ! And Cher Lloyd ! " they yelled and ran up to us . Myles and Kalin soon noticed we had been there for everything and there eyes went big .

They came up close to us , and we kinda just fake smiled then in a disgusted kinda way . "Can we take a picture , please " they yelled . "Uhh we would take a picture with you , but um we don't like to be disrespected " cher said . They looked at us confused . "Look honey , that guy you was on , that's my friends boyfriend " I smiled and they went wide eyed . "And that guy that was grabbing your waist is mel-.... " I stopped her "that one you , can flirt with all you want " I said and walked away from them . "Why did you tell them ? " she yelled , "Bc he was holding her to wtf " i exclaimed .

"Do to this fact , I am single and so are you . Well I really am single and your relationship is on the dl " I said as I splashed her . We ended soaked and decided to go back to shore and eat . The boys packed food but me and Cher were gonna eat somewhere else since we didn't wanna look at them .

"Can can you pass my that " I said pointing at my phone and my cover up for my swimsuit .
"Where are you girls going " cam asked . Kalin and myles didn't say anything Bc they knew they fucked up . "We're um gonna go eat , maybe find a couple guys to entertain us .... Of wait we're not you " I said pointing at Kalin . "What about myles ? " he exclaimed . "As I recall me and myles are not dating but you and Cher are ... Basically myles can do his shit and I'll do mine . " I said

Myles's P.O.V
"Basically myles can do his shit and I'll do mine " she said walking away .

I'm so good at fucking this up arn't I , I shouldn't have grabbed her , I should have just told her I had a girl . I'm so stupid . "It's okay bro , she'll get over it " Kalin said .

2hours later

The girls weren't back and they weren't answering us so we set out to look for them . It was pretty late , considering we got here late . I kept calling melissa over and over again , but stopped at the last Bc we found them with some dude .

"Alright well I'll hit you up okay ? " I heard melissa say . I didn't get what they guy told her but it ended with "doll face" ooh this made me so pissed . They walked towards us and stopped , "thanks for blowing up my phone " she exclaimed . "Thanks for not answering" I yelled .

We got back to the house and were greeted by my folks , "how was the beach guys " they asked , melissa answered "it was interesting , see we saw these guys that were flirting with these other girls right and one of them has a gf and she got so pissed " she told them . "No way really " my mom exclaimed . "Yeah mom and then those girls they went with some other dude , and flirted with him " I told her . She laughed and so did cher and melissa . "Actually babe those girls weren't flirting , they were asking to see if they could get a new tattoo . Get your facts right " she said laughing and walking away .

It was currently 11;00 and we were all headed to bed , and that mean me and Kalin . I walked into my room , to find melissa on the balcony . "You still mad at me " I asked . "What if there to be mad at ? We're not together are we . " she said not looking at me . I knew she was crying Bc her voiced sounded weary .

I went out and say with her , "I'm really sorry , I didn't know what I was doing " I said looking down . "you don't understand do you ? " she looked at me , "don't understand what ? " I said . She got up , " we are not together , why ? Reasons like this . Bc you always seem to be involved with a girl . What am I ? Your play toy you come home to after you've been with another girl ? No I'm not , I deserve to be treated well by you . After all the shit you did to me and said to me I'm still here " she yelled .

I looked down , I knew she was right . I got up and looked at her "baby girl " I said while hugging her , she calmed down "baby boy " she whispered .
