I woke up on a bed in what looks like my old room. I knew it wasn't cause when I looked through the window I saw a meadow of flowers instead of woods.

I then noticed a figure at the doorway, it was my mom.
"Hi Alex honey." She said. I ran to her and hugged her tight.
"I missed you so much mom." I cried.
I then realized I was still wearing what I dead in. It still had blood on it. It all came back to me, being shot with a wolfsbane bullet and dying with Liam holding my hand.
"Am I dead mom?" I asked not letting her get out of my grip.

"That's what I'm here to talk to you about." She said and I let her go.

We sat on my bed and she took a deep breath. "Your in critical condition, your on the verge of death." She said.

Then a picture was shown on the wall, like a projection screen, it was me lying on the floor of the van lifeless. In the van was stiles driving.

Scott was sitting next to Liam who was holding my hand and Parrish was on the opposite side of them looking on the wound.

"Why isn't it working? Deaton said it would work!" Liam yelled.

"It might not save her since the bullet was so close to getting to her heart." Scott said as a tear rolled down his cheek.

"You can go back or stay here with us all." She said talking about my family. I could be with my family again, never having to run from danger or be alone again.

The thought of being with them made me happy but sad leaving everyone in Beacon Hills.
"I want to stay here but..." My mom took my hand and I looked at her.

"You go live your life on earth with them, I will be with you." She said with a warm smile.

"But I don't want to leave you again," I said as my eyes started tearing up and gave her a hug.

"Sweetie, you have to go live your life. Go get married, have kids, make mistakes, watch your kids grow up like I did. Make sure the Mason name lives on." She said. Jeez I haven't heard anyone say my last name directed at me in so long. I could barely talk to my friend Mason since the name brought so much pain.

"But I don't want to do that without you." I cried into her shoulder.

We stayed like that for a little while until we pulled apart and my mom gave me a kiss on the forehead.

"I love you Alex."

"I love you mom." Then she faded away, like a memory, like a dream.

"Alex, wake up please." I heard a voice say. I groaned in response from the cold floor of the van.

I opened my eyes and it was light outside. I felt sweaty and uncomfortable from the van floor.

I then felt lips connect with mine. It felt good, I could feel butterflies in my stomach. Liam pulled away but gave me a funny look.

"Nice to see you too." I said confused.
I looked at Scott and Parrish and they looked at me happy and shocked to confused.

"What wrong?" I asked.
"Your eyes," Scott said, "their blue." He said handing me his phone and I looked at my reflection and saw my eyes blue but not my natural color, bright blue, the blue that shows you taking a life of an innocent.

The eyes of a monster.
