Felicity's POV
The next morning around six, I hear a knock on my door.
"Felicity?"
"Hey Thea, come in." The small brunette walks in with an armful of clothes and shoes.
"Ollie wanted me to help you find some thing to wear. He already went to work, but Diggle will pick you up at nine."
"I doubt you'll have anything, but you can try."
"Great!" She dumps all the stuff on a chair and goes through it finding an outfit. She hands me some clothes and tells me to try them on.
"Thea I don't think-"
"Just do it."
"Fine." I walk into the bathroom and change into the clothes. She had given me a black skater skirt and a deep navy blue blouse. At least it wasn't something bright.
I walk out and she smiles.
"You look great!"
"I look like a mess, with nice clothes."
"Why do you think I gave us three hours. To my bedroom!" She grabs my hand and drags me to the room next door. She sits me down in front of a mirror.
"Let's see, loose the highlights, maybe lighten your hair? What's your natural color?"
"I'm a brunette, but I died it blonde once."
"We don't have time. We'll just take out the highlights for now."
"Where did you learn all this?"
"Went to beauty school over the summer the past two years. It kept me out of trouble."
"Well at least something worked for you and Oliver."
"My brother, he went on trips with his friends whenever he had a chance. One time he spent a few weeks on a deserted island near Hong Kong."
"Never imagined him as adventurous."
"Most people just don't really know us."
"Then why were you at that club one night?"
"My friend Roy talked me into it. We kinda just hung out."
"Okay..."
"Now just to let the color sit." We wait about twenty minutes and the different colored highlights I had for years are gone.
"Well at least you have a solid color now." She comments rinsing my hair. Once that's done, she dries it and curls it. Even though I protest she does my makeup.
"Are your eyes really blue or are they contacts?"
"I wear contacts, but they are really that color."
"Perfect." She finishes my makeup and hands me a mirror.
"Whoa... How did you- I look like another person."
"The magic of bringing out you real beauty." She walks over to her closet.
"Flats or heels?"
"I do NOT do heels."
"Here." She hands me a pair a simple black flats.
"Okay, time to go. Diggle should be here any minute." She leads me to the front door since their house is a maze. There's a knock at the door.
