Oliver's POV
I sit in my office going through papers, when I look and see its 9:05. Felicity will be here any minute. As I walk out of my office I bump into Isabel Rochev.
"Hello Mr.Queen... I was just coming to see you."
"What is it? I have an important matter I need to attend to."
"Well there is the company ball this weekend."
"I am aware."
"They want you to approve some last minute details."
"I will do it later, now if you will excuse me."
"Fine." I walk around her and head towards my private elevator. I make it to the Lobby just as I see Dig walk through the door. He leads who I assume is Felicity. Wow... Thea really did some work on her. I walk over to them.
"Good morning."
"Hey..."
"Well if you will follow me, I want to introduce you to your boss in the IT department."
"Great." I lead her to an elevator and I can tell she is nervous. People keep glancing at the girl with the CEO and his body guard.
"IT is on the tenth floor." The elevator stops and the doors open. I lead her down a hallway until we are at the IT department.
"Here we are. Felicity this is your boss, Mr. Barry Allen."
"Hi. Nice to meet you."
"You too." They shake hands.
"Mr. Allen will get you settled in. Just find Diggle or Myself if you need anything."
"I think I'll be fine."
"Alright then, I'll leave you to it." I turn on my heel and walk towards the elevator. I could see Felicity flush when she first met Barry, as well as him checking her out. This should get interesting. Probably not in a good way.
"Diggle, I want you to keep an eye on Felicity."
"Oliver, are you jealous?"
"Of course not. I'm just worried, considering her past."
"Alright." He steps off the elevator and heads to security. I continue up and make it to my floor. From down the hall I can see Walter, very upset. I walk in the door and he explodes.
"What were you thinking Oliver!?
"What did I do?"
"You hired the girl who hacked into our company and bankrupt some of our chairmen!?"
"She didn't do it. Her boyfriend did."
"How can you believe her?"
"Because he cheated on her."
"So?"
"I'm having Diggle keep an eye on her, but I doubt she will do anything."
"I'll take your word, you vouch for her."
"Trust me. She won't do anything."
