the wait

Back home.

"I'm going to miss you joe." I said as I hugged him at the airport.
"Hey if you ever need me, you know where to find me." He said with that cute smirk I fell for in the first place.
As I walked away with Olly, I felt a tear come down my cheek. I felt sad to leave joe. Me and him have become really close friends in the past week.
"You ready to go?" Olly asked holding out his hand for me to grab it.
"I just don't want to leave but it will be good to get home." I said as I grabbed his hand.

Me and Olly had first class tickets so we had the comfy seats. I was so stressed about leaving, I began to get super tired about thinking about going back and leaving everyone behind. I slowly felt my eyelids get heavy, then everything was blank.

I woke up to bad turbulence an me and Olly snuggling. I didn't want to wake him, so I stayed like that. And I kinda missed him. I didn't want to leave him. I felt bad I spent our vacation at joes house.
But I knew it was for the better. I think.
"Olly." I whispered to him, trying to wake him up.
"Yes?" He replied.
"I missed you." I said while looking up at him.
"I missed you more em." He said as he pulled me closer. We both fell asleep in each others arms. It was good to have him back.
