Chapter Twenty-Seven (Blake's POV)

I walked out the locker room to see Danielle talking on the phone.

"I'll go IF I can bring someone." Danielle said as she spotted me.

"Ya. Listen to your soon to be wife. She is smart. Thank you Density, we'll be there in fourty minutes." She said before she hung up.

"Who was that?" I asked her as I pulled her to me.

"My brother and his fianće. They want me to go out to eat with them. I said I would if I could bring someone." She said.

"And I'm guessing I'm that person you want to bring." I said.

"If you don't mind. And if he likes you, he will help make it easier to tell my parents." She said.

"I don't mind. Now let's hurry up and leave before I go beat those punks." I said.

"Ah is someone not liking the fact that other guys are looking?" She asked me with a smile.

"Damn right I'm not. Your my Princess. They can go find their own." I said as I leaned down.

"Why do you call me Princess anyway?"

"Your beauty. You may cuss like a sailor but your beauty leaves me thinking that you aren't what people think you are."

"So you think I'm a princess that is trying to act poor and work hard." She said with a slight frown.

"It may sound like it but it's not. Maybe in a different life time you were once but your not. Yes you like being spoiled but you are also humble about it. Your beautiful and never give up additude is what made me want up get to know you better. Yes I'm an asshole which you have pointed out several times, you never actually went after me. The way you acted around me never treating me differently. You just-" i said but was cut off by her kissing me.

"I get the point. Now let's go. I'm hungry!" She said before she walked away from me with a smile. I shook my head and went after her. I snatched the keys away from her and held the door for her to get in.

I got into the truck and she looked at me.

"Such a gentlemen." She said with a smile.

"I can be." I told her as I started her truck.

"Go ahead and tell Sierra what the plan is that way she's can drop off your stuff in my house." I told her as I backed out.

"Already done. Remind me to prank her."

"Do I want to know?" I asked her with a slight frown.

"Not at the moment."

"Okay. Where are we hearing to meet the family?"

"The Chinese place that's thirty minutes away. Just to let you know, my brother is very country, so is his fianće but she's not as bad as my brother." Danielle told me.

"Sweet. I've been wanting Chinese food too." I said.

"It was Chinese or seafood. I said Chinese, I have no idea what he said seafood when he knows I don't eat seafood." Danielle said as she scootted over to me.

"I second that." I told her as I wrapped my arm around her.

"Also because of my dad I can't eat seafood." I told her.

"What happened?"

"He would always have seafood for his big meetings or get togethers. The smell would be so bad that I refused to go with him or to have them at the house." I said.

"That must have been horrible." She said dryly.

"It was. It caused the whole house to smell for a week too. Took me forever to get the smell out of my jacket." I told her causing her to laugh.
